Why are you applying for Director of Internal Security?
I want to assist in making a difference and assisting in more of the RP for the Internal Security Department. I want to assist anywhere I can in the department and help with departmental protocol changes for the benefit of the Agent/Operatives, Investigators, Inspectors, and Commissioners. Additionally, I would like to assist more with some of the interdepartmental leadership diplomacy. I have been working with the department for a long time since Cedric was an inspector on my return. I agree with both his and Krennic's visions for the Internal Security Department and wish to continue what they started. My overall goal is to make ISD a fun RP driven group withing the Foundation and to provide more RP where I can for new and existing members.

What makes you suitable for Director of Internal Security?:
My goal is to help ISD become more prevalent in the Site as well as to help individuals have more fun interacting with ISD as a whole. Many people do not like ISD but I believe that can be changed through hard work and casual human discussions not based on jobs but based on each other. I additionally believe that my positions in FTE (Field Training and Education) and now SO (Special Operations) in ISD allow me a good position as the second ISD Director next to Bazyli due to his experience as a prosecutor for ISD when the Prosecution Team existed. I wish to see ISD flourish as well as be preserved. Experience in the GOC Consulate as an Attaché, Ambassador, and now Chief Ambassador has also strengthened my negotiations and perspective into other's sides of RP which will allow me to work well in position that requires such diplomacy between departments.

What are the responsibilities of the Director of Internal Security in RP?:
To ensure the department is running smoothly and nothing is going wrong. They also are in charge of ensuring that relations between their department and other departments are good while maintaining especially good relations with Site Admin and Site Command. They start new operations for ISD, elect new commissioners, ensure that punishments are administered fairly when they need to be, and keep the peace between arguing ISD personnel. They are the highest person in the ISD and ensure that there are no interdepartmental issues with anyone in their ranks. They additionally permit audits and are there to enforce the FLC entirely. They work as overall in small portions of what each Commissioner does and ensure that Commissioners are doing their jobs within the department. They also ensure that Inspectors and other members of ISD are doing their jobs properly while retraining personnel in ISD as needed and providing guidance to those in ISD who need it. They do have the ability to administer blacklists for personnel who only plan to cause issues as well. Directors of ISD are the oversight for ISD and are directly under Ethics.

Please give some lore about your Director of Internal Security character and what storylines they would be involved in:
"Adagio" Elderwood was originally a chemist who was recruited by the Foundation due to his work. He was on a trip to Canada and had been working on different chemical compositions when he found a strange substance. After testing this substance and working with different chemicals, he developed a crude version of Class-A amnestics. The Foundation caught news of this through a tapped phone line while he was making a call about a new chemical that he had created as they had been observing him for a short period of time. They kidnapped him and brought him to an undisclosed location and gave him an option to either work for them for a substantially higher pay with more interesting work than he could ever have imagined or to be left back to being a regular old scientist. He thought about his brothers back at home but decided this would be something they would want him to do. He was refused the ability to contact them again and was taken to one of the Foundation's Sites and set up as a researcher. While researching, he got promoted through the ranks up to an Executive Researcher. He felt like trying something new while researching and joined the DEA as well. He was eventually promoted to DEA Senior Agent. He additionally worked a little in Internal Affairs for a time. He worked as a Senior Agent for a while more but went fully back to Research when members of Site Inspection tasked him with specific research according to a project he had developed. He worked for a while on the project until it neared completion but it never got completed in the end due to complications. He took a break and came back as a member of ISD in which he has worked up the ranks to assist in upholding the Site Legal Codes to prevent issues that he had seen arise in the past through research and other branches. He had acquired a position as the Field Training and Education Commissioner in ISD after a lengthy time as an Inspector. He worked on different ideas for ISD Training and Education. When ISD had its sub-regiments disbanded, he was assigned to Special Operations and worked to maintain LE relations. He has worked under that assignment until being promoted to a Director position in ISD.

alright well I would like to keep this a more straight to the point. I’ve seen you grow a lot from investigator where you were dedicated to getting the inspector position which you eventually did with no complaints from anyone in leadership. Then you went on to become a commissioner and now potentially a director. While you don’t have the experience as maybe others have I don’t think that can stop you considering your other positions which will help in the director position.

Here are my reasons for support
1. Leadership qualities( recently you have been stepping up especially in discord handling things)
2. Experience in other high positions( GOC specifically had probably helped alot)
3. More active than others( I see you on often)

Reasons I’m not in support
1. holding GOC LT and ambassador( now normally this isn’t much a problem but there was a period of time I just never saw you on isd you certainly are on ISD now more though)
2. Knowledge/Experience (you have on occasions gotten things wrong or not knowing things you should)
3. Team leadership(I would like to see more stuff relating to that that’s all)

That’s about it, I said the same thing to Sebastian’s but my feedback is just me saying what I’ve seen and that’s all. I think you are the better pick but there is still some things to improve on certainly
Thanks for reading

I want to make one thing clear: I enjoyed working with you in ISD. However, I still have concerns regarding you stepping into a Director role.

You are, by far, the strongest candidate of the available options. Even so, your attention was often divided between GOC and ISD. There were many situations where ISD would have benefited significantly from your presence, yet you were off site on GOC instead. This issue is amplified by the fact that the rest of the Commissioners were inactive then, and still are now.

Another recurring problem was that you frequently had inaccurate or incomplete information about ISD matters and had to be corrected by other members of the department, many of whom were below you in rank and experience. This was a concern then, and it remains one now.
As I’ve told you before, you absolutely can be a good Director. You have the potential, and the temperament. But to succeed in that role, you would need to stay up to date on ISD rules and operations and commit fully to the department rather than splitting focus.
