Why are you applying for the Chief of Security?
- I've noticed that sadly one of my favorite CoS (chief of security) got forced into quiting. And i always wanted to become an SR. CL4 even tho i know i would be hard. Yet, i see a lot of new gensec members that need help showing around the site. Like cadets and guards for example. Most of the cadets i see as an captain are trying their best but sometimes its impossible to manage 10 "new" people at once. Tho im still trying to help all of the gensec keep good rolations with eachother. Yet people still need someone to authorise AA then there is a breach on Low pop. Because i play then its around like 20 - 30 people.
What makes you suitable for Chief of Security?:
- I've been a captain for quite a long time. i think for like 2 months now. im a captain rank in the GSD captains ranks. i know not a long but im putting my soul into this. I've been an sergeant for i think for around 6 months. Became a captain and stayed as it for 2 months. I belive im quite experienced in the gensec department. Though i know my fellow gensec captains have possibly way more experience.
What are the responsibilities of the Chief of Security in RP?:
- Manage gensec and help them with their jobs
- Manage Captains and applications for Captains
- Authrorise AA then its really needed and none of the groups above are present.
- Defend gensec in any situations that may harm the reputation of gensec.
- Writing and making sure documents and policies for the department are being properly implemented.
- Working with the ECM, O5, and SA member overseeing the department
- Warning and job banning people who cause issues by breaking Gensec rules, Code of ethics, or Code of conduct
Please give some lore about your Chief of Security character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Adame opon becoming an captain at 30, decided to try his best to help all of gensec with anything that he can help with. after 2 months working his way up the Captain ranks. 'cat' decided to help with some light breaches and lead the Security Containment Units along with him, even though Adams knew he might die.
In the next 4 months Adame would continue his job as an captain. But unfortunately 'Cat' got attacked by 5 d class With knifes in the middle of his shift. Somehow Adams killed all of them but not without a cost. Adame sustained severe injury around his abdomen. Luckly, an Combat medic and an GSD Sergeant arrived just in time. While combat medic was stopping the bleeding, The Sergeant asked 'Cat' what happend. After that question 'Cat' said: "Will tell you later. Right now our mission is to survive and ask Site administration to hire more security." After He said it he lost consciousness because of losing too much blood. Adame woke up in medbay with his abdomen in bandages, with an Senior Doctor beside him.
After 6 months of that incident. Adame started a program "how to manage d block effectively" Mainly for security, but combat medics could attend it too. The program got him a little of positive feedback from other General Security and Site administration.
After 1 year, Adame became an Chief of Security with Site Administration Approval. Still with some complications of the scars of the incident almost 2 years ago. He decided to lead Gensec with an firm and understanding head. All people make mistakes, but some are unforgetable.
