Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?: I am applying for Executive Researcher because I enjoy the research side of SCP-RP and want to replace a more active role in managing and organizing tests. I feel confident at keeping a structure to things but have also enjoyed keeping the RP fun for others. I would like to be there for newer researchers, be able to run tests that have more meaning behind them, and overall offer more to the activity/professionalism of the site. I believe this position would allow me to do that while continuing the operation of the research department as well.

What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?: I believe I have what it takes to be an Executive Researcher because after many hours being a researcher I have learned a considerable amount, and I know how to research, and I know how testing works both in regards to RP and following the rules. I keep up to date, I follow the chain of command, I always want to help new players when they approach me for help. I love to plan and run tests that are creative and structured at the same time and in doing so I would be able to add more structure and activity to the research team!

How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?: Ive had at least 3-5 excellent graded docs.It needs to have a good explanation for the test/sampling. It could also have something extra or interesting: a unusual test method, a unique question, or a different outcome, but it still remains within the SCP's established behavior; you aren't rewriting the SCP, you are just learning more about it.

What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?: The Executive Researcher will be responsible for the overseeing the research department and making sure that all tests are done in the correct manner and safely. They will help plan and oversee tests appropriately, specifically tests involving hazardous SCPs or important SCPs to the Foundation. They will mentor and develop junior and standard researchers, approve test requests, and make sure the researchers involved in tests are follow containment protocols.

Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in: Researcher. Adam 'Ghost' got his nickname early in his career due to his quiet, observant demeanor and his habit of appearing where he is least expected - typically already with a fully written test log completed. Recruited from a military intelligence background, he was fully phased into the Foundation’s research department since he swiftly showed a keen analytical mind and a "natural" feeling for understanding anomalous behavior patterns. He only engages in conversation when necessary or during a dialogue.
