[USA] Adrian 'V' Belmont Lore Request #2

I tweaked a lot of the powers listed in the previous post I made within this document, as well as omitted ALL naming and information related to the scarlet king specifically. I am also linking Asmodeus's lore document he posted a while ago as a reference to show you that our lores intertwine but also maintain uniqueness. We discussed this and he was accepting of us being "siblings" lore wise because we 1. Look similar due to our PACs and 2. Have very similar pathways on how our characters were developed. (Example: Him being loyal to ethics vs Me being loyal to O5, Him delving into the occult vs me delving into the occult). I removed the entirety of the class X stuff that resulted in the immunity/resistances to amnestic and nerfed my abilities to ensure there is no power game and always a means to counter them. I of course will include here I WAS class X'ed, which is how Adrian remembered all the occult stuff in the first place. Adrian was kept alive after the administration of the Mnestic. I am fully willing to tweak this further if need be and would appreciate any feedback to assist in myself doing so.
