It has shown me how to lead effectively, Be professional at all times, and most importantly remain calm no matter how stressful the situation can be. I know my way around the FLC/CoE/CoC Aswell my experience in REGCOM & IA has shown me leadership skills, managing a regiment & department and being a figure to look up to I believe I'm the best candidate due to these reasons.

Please give some lore about your Ethics Committee Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in: "Such an exhausting day" I thought to myself in the Break Room before an Ethics Member requested me to come to ethics wing I was very curious and also very nervous. making my way down to ECW I made my way into Ethics wing where the Ethics Member who requested me was behind the reception desk waiting for me along with his 2 O-1 escort. He asked me to follow him into his office and I obliged following him into his office where he would ask the 2 O-1 to leave the room. He then sat down on his chair where he said to me "We've taken notice of your excellent work on site and we would like to present you with an offer you will either join the committee as an Assistant or you will leave this room and forget this ever happened. Excellent! The Ethics member scrambled around his desk to find a Level 4 Keycard with the name "Ethics Assistant Aleks" On it Welcome to the Committee.
