What can you bring to the Global Occult Coalition: I have learned quite a bit of lore on the Global Occult Coalition within the last few weeks as it struck an interest in me. I can be active within GOC as I do not hold any demanding roles as of late, so I can focus most if not all of my time on GOC if need be. I can also bring roleplay to GOC as I have experience in Researching, Developing, and Creating things that would most likely suit the Department of PTOLEMY, While I have little experience in dealing with Politics and such, I do believe I can improve in such Roleplay, which might benefit the PSYCHE Division.
Why do you want to join the Global Occult Coalition?: I want to join the Global Occult Coalition as I feel like it provides different roleplay than what I have been doing as of late, I want to experience a different type of Roleplay and I feel like GOC has that. I also want to see GOC have a more active presence because I feel as if they are not talked about enough.
Why was the Global Occult Coalition founded?: The United Nations Global Occult Coalition is an operational arm of the United Nations dedicated to the paranormal and the anomalous. Much like the SCP Foundation, they work to preserve the Veil by keeping informed of the anomalous outside the public's eye however, unlike the Foundation, they seek to destroy the anomalous instead of containing it, as they tend to threaten humanity's dominance over the planet and the understanding of science.
What does the PHYSICS, PSYCHE, and PTOLEMY Divisions specialize in, and give an example of some functions they do:
PHYSICS Division - Much like the Department of Task Forces in the Foundation, the PHYSICS Division is the action arm of the GOC. They're tasked with countering and eliminating harmful Entities, as well as organizations that create these Entities.
PSYCHE Division - The diplomacy arm of the GOC. Responsible for keeping the peace between the world of the public and the world of the anomalous. PSYCHE keeps relations up with non-hostile occult groups and occasionally organizes the trade of entities or the formation of joint task forces.
PTOLEMY Division - The support arm of the GOC. Responsible for the smooth operation of the GOC, including creating technology to assist PHYSICS operatives, researching anomalous concepts to assist in counteracting, transporting Strike Teams and Assessment Teams, and other forms of logistics.
What Are the Global Occult Coalition's goals?:
Survival: The GOC has to protect the human race against all paranormal threats, and this mission takes priority over all other four.
Concealment: The GOC has to keep the knowledge of paranormal threats secret, as exposure to said threats could lead to mass panic and, eventually, massive casualties in the wider civilian population.
Protect: The GOC always tries to protect individual humans, both operatives and civilians, whenever possible, as long as it does not go against the first two previous statements.
Destruction: The GOC should not take any risk with the survival of paranormal threats, as the very existence of the anomalous could be a risk to the human race's survival.
Education: The GOC should always expand their knowledge of paranormal threats, and study said threats, as long as it does not go against the four previous statements.
Please explain The Seventh Occult War: The Seventh Occult War, more commonly referred to as WW2, where the predecessors to the GOC the Allied Occult Initiative (AOI) were engaged in a war with the Ahnenerbe Obskurakorps an occult breakoff from the Nazi regime that ruled over Germany during WW2. though after the war and the destruction of the Ahnenerbe Obskurakorps and the founding of the U.N (United Nations), and the countries of the UN wanting more oversight into anomalies has the SCP foundation was very private. and none trusted any one country to oversee this task resulting in the GOCS founding.
What makes the Global Occult Coalition different in in-comparison to the other groups within the SCP-universe in your view?: The Global Occults Coalition’s Goal is to not Protect, Use, Study, or Breach SCPs. Its goal is to eliminate them at all costs to protect Humanity. This is Vastly Different from the likes of the Foundation which wishes to Study the Anomalies in an attempt to gain further knowledge of their origins, The Serpent's Hand sympathizes with them and wishes to set them free, or Even the Chaos Insurgency Who wishes to use the foul objects and creatures for the better of Humanity.

Biographical Information: On 1/11/1989 Moiseyev was born to a Middle-Class family in the Outskirts of Moscow, His original intention was to take over his family's Ranch which they have owned for decades, but life had something else in store for Moise. At the Age of 18, he was recruited for the Russian Military, having gone through the academy to become an Infantry Officer, Serving in the 144th Guards. His battle record would tally up from then, serving in multiple firefights and skirmishes along the Russian Borders, that was until the Incident of January 11, He was assigned on a Stealth Op, having Information about a group of an enemy Terrorist Cell staying in a Local town, but much to the dismay of his group, they found no Terrorist Cell, nothing but human remains scattered across the town, it appears all the townspeople, and most likely the Terrorist Cell has been destroyed by something brutal, something that hunted them like pray, but his Squad was too late to report anything back to Command before a Pack of 939s descended on them, most of the squad were taken out before they knew what hit them, the rest being preyed upon by the 939s. Before their gruesome end, his Squadmates managed to kill 3, severally injuring the other 2 before they backed off. Being stunned by the brutal display he had just witnessed; it took him a bit to respond to the radio calls. Once he managed to respond, he reported everything he had witnessed, down to the last gruesome detail. His survival with a Pack of SCPs piqued the interest of the UNGOC, and from there on he was enlisted into their cause.
Career Service Vitae: He served 5 years in the Army before being Enlisted into the GOC, having earned no noticeable medals in battle.
