I've done it a lot and worked with the council and in the council a lot I know how to complete orders what the rules are for assistants and how to do doc work properly I especially know the OA`s well because I worked with them for a long time before there is not much else to say other then im just super experienced

- Authorizing d-class KOS when needed
- Enforce code of conduct and help A-1 when not helping the council
- Giving out work permits
- Report to the council about anything they should know when they are absent
