Why are you applying for Site Director?
I am applying for the position of Site Director as I have enjoyed my time in Site Administration, whether as a Site Advisor or a Site Manager. With the position of Site Director, I believe that I could create more RP for the site and enhance the RP for members of Site Administration. Further with this position I wish to push out more operations as seen with my GM requests. I am also applying for the position of Site Director as I wish to make Site Administration great [it's already doing amazing thanks, Marvin]. Finally, I am also applying as Site Director was my original end goal for the server, and I believe that with the position I could do great things.
What makes you suitable for Site Director over Site Advisor?:
I believe I am suitable for Site Director as a direct result of my experience and my activity. Although I haven't been a Manager for long I have experience leading groups similar to Site Administration which is shown from my experience as Ethics Committee Chairman. For example, I have experience with maintaining relations with external GOI as seen by my time as a Special Agent, Ethics Member, Ethics Chairman, and CI-C BCOM. I have directly created RP on site with my position in Site Administration through the multiple operations I have put out titled "Project Mentality", "Project Pestilence", "Project Stolen Goods - Pending GM assistance", and "Project Fix-it". I would also like to note my activity. I am currently sitting at a 6-day, 14-hour vtime, and I have been playing for around 6 - 10 hours daily [this is not healthy]. Additionally have administrative experience as seen by my work as Site Manager, my experience as both CI BCOM and O-1 CPT as well as my time as chairman. In addition believe that I have grown as a whole due to my position in Site Administration where I have had to deal with several tense situations onsite which I will not go into detail.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
Appointment of Departmental Leads [ Medical, Security, DEA ]
Authorization of Advanced Armory
Authorization of a selection of tests and cross-tests.
Managing or overseeing the various departments on site.
Creation and Implementation of new policies when needed.
Appointment of new MTF Commanders (Nu-7 / E-11)
External Relations with GOI
Authorize Sweeps of D block in the instance of Code 2 when there is no Captain present.
Authorization of the D class work program
Appointment of Site Managers
Creating large-scale RP events between departments
