Alfie, I do not believe you are perfect. There are a few things people can point out, even in this application, which can use some addressing regarding you in GSD. With that said, you are the only person applying to Chief in a long time who can not only point out the issues that are plaguing their own department, but suggest meaningful change with realism in mind of how to achieve it.
You're a realist, I think that is what we need right now for the rotting skeleton of a lot of our site's departments in general.

Put some more effort into the main bulk of your application; not everyone knows you as well as some of us do.
