- RDM- May 13 2023, Inactive, I killed Nathan Smith because he was distributing a Tryout and failed to heed my warning.
- Metagame | Mixing- Nov 11 2023, Inactive, I accidently took a CI DCs disguise and told them I wouldn't use it but then they (as chefs) pulled guys out and tried to kill me I so i shot them.
- Mic Spam- Nov 22 2023, Inactive, I was playing music with a few people in Core and an Admin over heard me.
- FailRP- June 25 2023, Inactive, I was 096 and didn't see a target and went past them.

What Ethics Committee role are you applying for, and why:
-I'm applying for the role of Ethics Committee Member! Why? Well, I have been playing on this server for almost three years now. I've seen probably ten different Ethics Chairs, and I can't even guess how many Members. What I'm trying to say is that I've witnessed the Ethics Committee be built and destroyed many times throughout the eras, and I've always wished I could join one day. However, I never saw a way until now!
For the past ten months, I have served as an Ethics Committee Assistant, which has allowed me to view ethics from a new perspective. This experience has given me the motivation to contribute to the Foundation in a greater capacity, not just as an Assistant, but as a Member of the Committee.

Dedication: As I mentioned earlier, I’ve been playing on this server for almost three years. I am the embodiment of dedication to a cause. When I’m given an assignment, I work endlessly for hours to ensure it’s perfect and meets expectations.
Adaptability: As an Ethics Committee Assistant, I’ve been exposed to various departments, from Research to Engineering. I’ve always adapted quickly to complete any task or assignment to the best of my abilities; I believe that I can put that to grate use within the committee!
Activity: Even though I’m still in school and have outside work commitments, you can ask anyone—whenever I have free time, you’ll know where to find me. Whether I’m fulfilling duties as an Ethics Assistant, helping out with Gamemaster tasks, or simply walking around the site, I’m always engaged. If there’s one thing I can guarantee, it’s that I won’t be an inactive member of the committee!
Experience in Clearance Levels 4 and 5 roles: Currently, I hold both a Level 4 role within the Foundation and a Level 5 role within the GOC. I have extensive experience handling matters related to Level 5 personnel, including both in-character and out of character issues that arise from players or staff. This experience has already prepared me for this role, especially given my responsibilities as a Level 5.

- Providing players with roleplay scenarios without staff intervention.
- Approving testing and other documentation.
- Acting as judges for tribunals at a certain level.
- Approving AA (Authorized Actions) during SCP breaches.
- Making the decision to initiate a site-wide nuclear protocol when necessary.
- Upholding and maintaining the Code of Ethics to ensure it remains up to date.
- Managing and overseeing the D-Class Work Program.
- And many other important duties.
What are the responsibilities of the Ethics Committee out of RP (e.g. what applications do they handle?):
- They are responsible for communicating with server staff to ensure roleplay is continuously improving. Additionally, they are tasked with accepting or denying applications for Director of Internal Affairs, Ethics Committee Assistant, and Ethics Committee Member positions.
