Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?:
I'm applying to be a Executive Researcher because I yearn for learning, teaching, and results. While maintaining some form of mentoring to those that ask me for assistance, I go out of my way to explain the questions that lingers in the back of the head. Despite uneventful failures from previous experiments, I take what I know and find loop holes to make improvement on. When other junior researchers approach me for questions, I always try to be informative so they can understand it, digest it, and be able to explain it back. I strongly believe my personality and teaching method will be a great contribution to the department to help it expand and reach the hearts of the researchers.
What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
As stated before I follow the three R's as a researcher: Research, Refine, and Re-teach. Understanding what you're dealing with and what there is to learn is base line for solutions to problems you either are aware of or didn't know you have. Once you complete your studies, take a closer observation and try to find hidden details that reveals more information about that anomaly. Afterward. Reteach the new knowledge and information so the rest of the department has a much clearer idea of what they're building off of. I still expect results from those that want to strive to learn more, but I also want for the scientist to gain more confidence in testing "dangerous" entities to use them in our favor.

How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?
I currently remain at 2 excellent graded documents as I have moved on to projects that requires more of my attention. To be considered "excellent", the document must have the following: Format, detail, and passion. It's one thing to make a document and state the obvious when conducting test, it's another to add more detail for the reader to be pulled and captivated but the information that's presented in front of them. With that said, I am more leaned toward the creative aspect of documents since most, if not all of what we do requires different areas of approach to understand what we are learning.

What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
1st priority: Ensure what you do have a valid reason behind it.
2nd priority: Teach what you do know, and if you don't know, try to understand and then teach it.
3rd priority: You are human, take breaks and don't over burn yourself
4th priority: Take risks, even if it people doubt you on your ability.
5th priority: A close mind is only a liability, stay hungry and curious.
My priorities remains the same considering every actions will have a reaction; whether it may be good or bad. Teaching is a concept of spreading information that can be used to allow those with such knowledge to build upon it. For everything you don't know, is an opportunity that's sitting in the dark waiting to be discovered. Feeling burnt out? Take a break, get some fresh air, and put the notepad down. Scientists must have sharp minds to find ways around issues or repetitive results for the department to move forward. This will then push towards taking risks. You can't get interesting results by working on the same anomaly over and over again. Even if someone saying what you're doing is dangerous or wrong, there will be a brief moment where you have to really sit and think " if I avoid this, will we know the exact outcome?". Take the liberty and throw in a cross test to really get the outcome or an answer that others are curious about. Lastly, wanting more is the best thing that can happen for the department. While you may be labeled as "annoying" or "bothersome", that provide the exact thing the department was made to do. Giving results and open new questions for the vast possibilities of what the unknown is capable of.

(Approved)
FOUNDATION INTERNAL ARCHIVE(Approved)
CLEARANCE LEVEL 5 REQUIRED
FILE DESIGNATION: INCIDENT ██-Ω
SUBJECT: Sr. Researcher Anthony “Radio” Dosen
STATUS: ACTIVE / UNDER REVIEW
INCIDENT SUMMARY:
On ██-██-████, Site-██ experienced a simultaneous multi-containment breach involving four high-risk entities:
- SCP-682
- SCP-096
- SCP-173
- SCP-049
TIMELINE (PARTIAL):
T+00:00
Containment systems fail across multiple sectors. Automated lockdown unsuccessful.
T+02:13
SCP-173 exits containment. Three personnel confirmed terminated.
T+03:40
SCP-096 becomes active following accidental visual exposure via security feed.
T+05:02
SCP-049 observed moving through medical wing, declaring multiple individuals “infected.”
T+06:31
SCP-682 breaches primary containment.
T+08:12
Senior Researcher Anthony Dosen assumes emergency protocol following loss of ███████.
FINAL ENGAGEMENT RECORD:
Dosen was last confirmed in Sector ██, attempting to reroute SCP-096 toward SCP-682’s position in a containment gamble.
Audio logs confirm heavy breathing, distant screaming, and structural collapse.
RECOVERED AUDIO FRAGMENT:
Dosen: “Keep moving… don’t stop… keep them on each other…”
[Distant impact – likely SCP-173]
Unknown (SCP-049): “You are all afflicted…”
[Unintelligible screaming – SCP-096]
Dosen (strained): “…good… good… tear each other apart…”
T+11:47
Visual feed restored briefly.
Footage shows Dosen severely wounded, bleeding from multiple lacerations, left leg compromised. SCP-096 is no longer visible. SCP-173 position unknown.
Behind Dosen, SCP-049 emerges from structural debris.
FINAL MOMENTS (VISUAL LOG):
Dosen attempts to stand. Fails. Continues crawling.
SCP-049 advances slowly.
No attempt to flee observed.
AUDIO (ENHANCED):
Dosen (weak): “…not like this…”
[Low, unidentified whispering begins – source unknown]
Dosen: “…who’s there…”
[Multiple overlapping voices detected]
“…we remember…”
“…we were like you…”
“…we can help…”
SYSTEM FAILURE – ██:██
All monitoring systems in Sector ██ go offline for exactly 1 minute, 13 seconds.
POST-FAILURE RECOVERY:
Feed returns.
SCP- 049 is no longer present in the immediate area.
Dosen remains on the ground.
Bleeding has ceased.
Subject is still alive.
ANOMALOUS EVENT DESIGNATION:
“THE AGREEMENT”
RECONSTRUCTED EVENT (THEORETICAL):
During the blackout period, Dosen is believed to have entered into an extradimensional contract with an unknown entity [ENTITY: ████████].
Multiple thermal signatures recorded during blackout resemble humanoid figures surrounding the subject.
These signatures match deceased Foundation personnel.
TERMS (PARTIALLY RECOVERED):
- Subject survival guaranteed
- Entity granted access to bound residual consciousness of prior researchers dating from ██████ to present
- Subject relinquishes all capacity for joy, happiness, and emotional relief
POST-INCIDENT CONDITION:
Sr. Researcher Dosen recovered with medical intervention.
All wounds closed.
No scar tissue present.
PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE (UPDATED):
- No detectable positive emotional response
- Speech monotone, controlled
- Displays no fear response toward SCPs
- Frequently observed speaking to non-visible entities
RECORDED STATEMENT (POST-INCIDENT):
“They were already gone. I just… gave them a direction.”
ADDITIONAL NOTE:
Personnel assigned to Dosen report seeing a phantom hand covering his ears when in close proximity.
Audio analysis confirms:
“…hear no evil…”
STATUS:
Sr. Researcher Anthony “Radio” Dosen remains active.
Clearance remains the same.
Monitoring ongoing.
FINAL WARNING:
If subject begins to display signs of regained emotional response, report this to the medical department.
We do not know what happens if the agreement is broken.
My character will be involved in more biohazard and Cognito hazard anomalies. Chemical making is also up in the air as well.
