What is the case against you?: "Not suit for O1" for various incidents (nothing tragic) and the last one was more of a miss communication then anything. And it was the reason why I got removed
Is this true?:It's a complicated situation cause one way yes and no cause, I've always been pro and all the "strikes" etc were more for strange reason then actual problems but again nothing too bad

Please list any previous roleplay demotion appeals: O1 again cause (that's what the com told me back then) it was of my game sense I was too unsure who was going to try to kill /hurt an ECM and who was just passing by (i worked on that, and it never happens again)

So my side of the story is that all the "issues" I was causing were only little/not important i will now show and explain all of them:
An incident where I did not see a nametag in game and I ID check a lvl 5 personal (did not kill him or harm just ask ID's cause no nametag and the ECM was near so I had no idea who that man was) and where I got clipped when I killed a tech who had a gun on him and refused to stop running around with it (also destroyed his key card but was told I was shooting at his corpse and on the clip it seems like it (after i showed my co's proof this strike was removed)
Other accident was just I forgot to speak with a mentee i had to form (i was unsure if i was his mentor, and it was i think pretty late for me at this moment so i was no sure)
Other one was Unprofessionalism cause GOC Gen insult me in front of others O1's and no one defend me so i decided to talk back to him (this strike was also removed)
there is another one but it was a demotion its a whole situation with A1 etc. ( I was in f3 for reasons and then my game lagged and i was cuffed by a1 i crashed and came back but the A1 com at the time wanted a punishment for that) (if you wish to know the reasons i would gladly tell in dm's or else)
and the last issue i got and why i was removed is because during a Code 1 one O1 was in 914 defending it someone asked in comms if the O1 in 914 was clear what i answer "yes he's clear" only for like 20 sec after for him to be killed i then ask in comms and even in game who did it only to have a response saying "A nu7 shot O1 in 914" i went to 914 saw the Nu7 in it and ask him "did you kill my O1" ? What he answers 'yes' to it because I was mad and I almost died to a fake i shot the Nu7 right after he told me yes after i said "oh come on man" because i was sick and mad about the guy being killed for unknown reasons 8 hours later i was told that someone lied to me, and it was actually a Gensec who killed the O1 (why the Nu7 said yes and i asked him is still a mystery for me)
All of striked were just accident or bad timing never something i did to be cringe or mean. Was o1 for months and one of the best until something in my life happens so I went down the hill i promised some co's i wouod be better and it did happen until the nu7 incident
When people proposed to me to mess with them as o1 it was always a no affter i said I would no to show i really wanted to change.
So yeah, I'm doing that appeal because i put a lot of time and effort in O1 did not seem fair to me
Each accident were not that big of a deal and half were deal with and removed, at the end of the day I was a good O1 making sure people follow ethics.(some people were causing more issue but got nothing afterwards)
