Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
I have gotten a few warnings over time, but since gaining a CL4 position within the server once again, I have not broken or been warned for any violations.
Why are you applying for Site Director?
I am applying for Site Director for much of the same reasons as my previous applications across the server, I believe things can be done far better. I believe I have the skill-set and motivation to do this, as such I am applying. I will continue to proactively deal with issues, and improve the site through meaningful change. I seek to bring my expertise to another level, managing Site Administration as effectively as I have throughout the rest of my time in other regards in the server.
Once again, I will reiterate I believe being a roleplay leader means creating the environment for roleplay, rather than necessarily directly individually creating roleplay. I believe this system is far better as it impacts the whole server, rather than just those in scenes which are created by the roleplay leader.
I believe I have achieved this aim, and seek to continue it if accepted into Site Administration. As improvement is constant, I constantly seek to provide improvement. Through my work in reformation of the Surface Treaty, the Tribunal System and management of singular departments I believe I have created a great deal of roleplay, and I feel as if the position of Site Director would allow me to continue this vision and movement for the server.
What makes you suitable for Site Director over Site Advisor?:
I believe I am incredibly suited for Site Director over Advisor, I strongly believe in “big picture” thinking, Site Director would undoubtedly suit this ethos far better than my current position of Site Advisor. I am suited for Director because of my competency, activity and dedication to fairness and objectivity. Undoubtedly, the previous Director was incredibly good, and I was able to see the amazing changes which took a team effort to fix Site Administration from its previous state, but what I think is far more important is that I have been around the server for a very long time, I have seen poorly led Administration teams and I would generally say prior to major changes, which came during my time in Site Administration, that I have also served in a poor administration. During this, I tried my best to improve Site Administration, and I have learnt how to properly lead when needed.
This has given me an amazing understanding on how to always strive for change. In this, I have proposed a change to how Site Administration is structured, to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the Administration team. This is one of the major duties of a Director, which I have taken on by initiative and my strike for success. Furthermore, I will always advocate for a transparent Site Administration, built on truth and objectivity. I believe I can relate to much of the site through the want for this, and will keep striving for this by making Site Administration records and expenses public, as our funding has increased and I believe it is incredibly important to display what we are using over privileged funds on.
I believe a Site Director should not only manage his administration team, but the whole site. I believe I have the most experience for this role across the server, and I would be able to use the knowledge gained throughout my time in different departments to great effect in creating proper management, which in turn creates an environment which is suitable for roleplay creation.
With the topic of transparency in mind, I believe it’s worth mentioning some concerns people may have with myself. I acknowledge that I’ve made rash choices in the past, and I am more than aware of flaws that exist. But I truly believe the contributions I have made to the server outweighs all flaws, and that at the end of the day, I create fun for those on the server, which is what is important at the end of the day,
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
Site Administration and the Director have similar responsibilities. They include the management of the site, departments and GOI relations. Furthermore, Site Administration must deal with in-roleplay appeals, liaise with FCOM and create roleplay across the site. Directors are different, they maintain the same duties and responsibilities as any other Administration member, but decide applications for Advisors, and discuss applications for Director and Chief positions.
Furthermore, the duties of roleplay leader increase, with a larger expectation set to participate in roleplay, along with creating roleplay for the whole site. General management of the Site, Administration and the FLC are also major portions of the responsibility.
Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
