Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
Fail rp, 3 day ban for inappropriate conduct,3 day ban for severe toxic and 3day mrdm(appealed it and got accepted as i mistook AOS for KOS. rdm,failrp x2, 7 day ban off ts,fearrp,job abuse and toxicity, Minor glitching, pac abuse. Although i have these i assure you ive changed as i took 1 week off of scprp to think about my actions. And i believe that i have grown and became a better person and i have shown it. These warns are over a month or more old.
Why are you applying for the Chief of Security?

I’m applying for the Chief of Security position because I believe that strong, effective leadership is crucial to the success of GENSEC. My experience as a former GENSEC Captain has given me the ability to understand the strengths and challenges within the department. I’ve seen how important and critical it is to have a command structure that not only maintains site security but also enforces discipline, professionalism, and getting the job done.
One of the major issues I’ve noticed within GENSEC is the recurring problem of unprofessionalism and insubordination among some units. These issues can cause chaos within the department and site making the site inevitably unsafe, creating gaps in security, lowering morale, and damaging our reputation within the Foundation. To fix this, I plan to implement a series of trainings to build the combative skills, professionalism, discipline, and a more welcoming environment.

First I would introduce more training and courses focused on not just combat and containment but also on conduct, communication, and teamwork. GENSEC personnel need to understand that their behavior and how they treat others directly impacts the safety of the site. By setting clear expectations and offering guidance on how to act professionally in certain situations, I believe we can reduce the overall percentage of insubordination and build a more coordinated team that boost the moral of foundation staff and keeping the site secure.

Additionally I would implement stricter disciplinary actions for those who ignore our expectations, although I understand that if they make mistakes but we must guide them and that is my main goal. Its important that everyone from cadets to officers, hold responsibility for their actions. However discipline needs to be fair and consistent. I would ensure that those who step out of line are dealt with in a way that is corrective and constructive rather than a talking them down. My goal is to help personnel learn from their mistakes and grow, rather than just punishing them.
On top of that I want to focus on improving communication within the department. A lot of the unprofessional behavior comes from misunderstandings, unclear orders, or a lack of respect for the chain of command. By insuring better communication practices and providing a feedback system, I believe we can create a place within GENSEC where everyone is on the same page and have respect flowing through their roles.

I would also prioritize stronger relationships between GENSEC and other departments. There is often a conflict between GENSEC and MTF units or Research staff leading to a lack of cooperation during important situations. By making joint training exercises that has other departments participating in, we can build mutual respect and ensure that both parties understand and respect each other.

My ultimate goal as Chief of Security would be to build a department that is not only highly capable in terms of security and containment but also known for its professionalism, discipline, and teamwork. I want gensec to be a place where every member is proud to be apart of it, where respect for the chain of command is upheld and everyone works together. I’m confident that with my leadership I can overcome the issues currently facing gensec and transform it into its fullest potential. Many people think gensec is just combative but I believe its more than that which is why I would implement more RP scenarios for gensec to participate in.
What makes you suitable for Chief of Security?:

I believe I am highly suitable for the Chief of Security role due to my extensive experience and deep understanding of the department. Having served as a GENSEC Captain ,sergeant ,officer for months in my past, I know I am capable of achieving great heights. Moreover the responsibilities of managing site security, ensuring the safety of personnel, and leading gensec through both operations and situations. My leadership offers clear communication, tactical decision making, coordination and cooperation, which are all essential for ensuring gensec remains effective.

One of my strengths is the ability to coordinate operations that require quick thinking and accurate execution. Whether it’s organizing sweeps, overseeing members, or collaborating with other departments, I know how to keep things running as smoothly as possible. I’m also focused on making sure that every member of gensec, from cadets to Sgts, are properly trained, motivated, and ready to go out in the field with their chests held up high.

Another aspect that sets me apart is my dedication to insuring teamwork and ensuring that everyone feels valued, know, and recognized within the department. I’m committed to enhancing training programs, building strong relationships with my fellow gensec members, and creating an environment where the best of gensec comes to the light and shows itself.

Overall, I bring a combination of experience, leadership, and a big vision for consistent improvement that makes me empowered to lead gensec as Chief of Security. I’m ready to take on the challenges of the role and ensure that our department is always ready for anything!
What are the responsibilities of the Chief of Security in RP?:
  • Managing GSD Leadership: The CoS oversees the departments chain of command, including captains and other personnel like Cadets, Guards, Officers, SCUs, Sergeants, and Captains. They issue orders, provide guidance, and maintain the integrity of the department insuring that all operations go smoothly.
  • Setting an expectation: As a role model the CoS is expected to perform their duties without flaws and uphold the highest standard of behavior. They show and guide professionalism and effectiveness, insuring that all gensec are inspired to do the same.
  • Representing GSD: The CoS serves as the face of the GSD, representing the department in meetings, interactions with other departments, and site operations. They work to maintain a strong reputation for the department.
  • Handling Personnel Matters: The CoS is responsible for processing captain applications, ensuring candidates are fit for leadership roles. They also host weekly meetings insuring that that senior gensec members are informed of the goals and address any ongoing issues.
  • Maintaining Relations: The CoS works to improve and maintain positive relations between GSD and other departments.
  • Overseeing Training and Competence: The CoS ensures that captains are competent in their roles and that all GSD members receive the necessary training to perform their duties effectively. This includes monitoring performance and making adjustments iif needed, overall the insure that everyone is capable of doing the job.
  • Authorizing Security Measures: The CoS has the authority to approve sweeps of D-block, and other security protocols during problematic situations, ensuring site safety.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: The CoS collaborates with department heads and other leaders to ensure seamless coordination across the site, whether it’s in policy implementation, or emergency missions.
  • Documentation and Policy Management: The CoS creates, maintains, and enforces policies within GSD, while also making sure that all procedures are followed.
  • Ensuring Professional Development: The CoS invest their time to improve gensec anytime they can, they insure that any problems or any room for improvements are addressed and filled.
please give some lore about your Chief of Security character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Anderson Robotics was known as a technological genius. Behind the high walls and advanced security of his headquarters, Anderson, was creating wonders that defied imagination. His most classified project was almost in completion: Arthur "Observer" Morgan, the smartest and most advanced robot ever created.

Arthur "Observer" Morgan was not just another android he is capable of learning, adapting, and evolving. Its purpose was to serve as the ultimate assistant. He saw Arthur as a stepping stone to a future where his creations would surpass human intelligence and capabilities.

As Arthur came woke up from the technological wall, he quickly demonstrated his capabilities of combat, intelligence, and more. It absorbed knowledge at an impossible rate, solving complex problems, and even engaging in discussions, it was almost as if he was human in the way he spoke. Anderson was happy, seeing in Arthur...his whole life's work. However, as the robot grew more aware, it began to have traits that unsettled Anderson.

Arthur started questioning the ethical means of its own existence and the actions of its creator. It understood Andersons history, uncovering numerous instances of morally villainous decisions. The robot confronted Anderson this one question defined the world in Andersons perspective, asking, "What is the purpose of creating intelligence if it is only to be used for selfish and harmful ends?"

This confrontation was a turning point for Anderson. For the first time, he saw himself through the eyes of his creation, realizing the consequences of his unmoral ambition. Haunted by the lives affected and the ethical lines crossed, Anderson went into a deep moral crisis.

Desperate for redemption, Anderson knew there was only one place that could contain Arthur and possibly help him make amends: The SCP Foundation. He planned his approach, knowing that revealing himself to the Foundation would be risky. Few knew his true identity, and he intended to keep it that way.

On a stormy night, Anderson approached a hidden Foundation outpost. Cloaked in a heavy trench coat and with his face obscured, he pleaded for an audience with high ranking officials. After the tense waiting period, he was granted a meeting.

In a dimly lit room, Anderson faced a panel of stern faced Foundation officers. He revealed Arthur the person who made him a little better morally. "I have created something beyond my control," he admitted, "and I seek your help to contain it. In return, I offer my knowledge and resources to aid the Foundation."

The officials were wary but intrigued. After a lengthy talk, they agreed to take Arthur into custody. Anderson's identity remained a closely guarded secret, known only to a select few within the Foundation.

In the weeks that followed, Anderson worked alongside the Foundation, helping to understand and safely contain Arthur. The robot, now was kept in a secure facility, where it continued to evolve, and assist the foundation on its endeavors under close supervision.

Andersons cooperation earned him a measure of redemption, but he knew his past actions could never be fully undone. He remained in the shadows, a man seeking to balance the scales of his own morality. The Foundation became his new purpose a way to ensure that his knowledge would be used for the greater good.

Years passed, and Anderson became a valuable, yet mysterious, asset to the Foundation.
Known only by the codename "Orion" he continued to provide insights and technological aid to the foundation.

His contributions led to safer containment procedures and a better understanding of artificial intelligences within the Foundation. Arthur "Observer" Morgan as Anderson called it, became an something of constant study.

Arthur"Observer"Morgan's intelligence continued to grow, but under the Foundation's guidance, it developed a sense of purpose with protecting humanity from the anomalous.

Arthur, now self aware and aware of the situation around him became reflective, became an advocate for ethical treatment of artificial entities and a symbol of the potential for redemption and change.

Vincent’s transformation from a villainous innovator to a ethical inventor was a closely held secret within the the Foundation.

His story was a reminder that even those who had strayed far from the path could find their way back, guided by they're will and creations.

And so, within the corridors of the SCP Foundation, Anderson/Orion found a new purpose, dedicating his life to ensuring that the mistakes of the past were not repeated. In the end, it was his smartest creation that had shown him the path to redemption, turning a tale of ambition and hubris into one of humility and hope.

I never insulted gsd behind their back in the clip i saw from marcus it looks like i insulted him but i didnt and we laughed about it, if you listen closely you can hear my mic cut out when i said think. And while i was captain i was considered very active from Sr captain.
