Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
XP Farming: I received a 1-day ban and a warning for the same incident. This happened when I was still relatively new, and we had just finished fighting back a massive Code Black with Gensec's help. While playing as a scientist, I started crediting everyone as I had seen others do in the past. I did not realize it was a mistake, and I accepted the punishment without argument when the admin informed me. I learned from it and never let it happen again. Other than that, this has been my only warning so far. In think I got kicked for being AFK, was rushing to a hospital and left the computer on so... my bad.

What Ethics Committee role are you applying for, and why:
I am applying for the Ethics Committee member role, since the first day I joined the Community back in may 2024, I strived to do my very best to uphold the rules and Ethics of the Foundation, My character was based on blind loyalty to the committee at the time. I have since changed that perspective however, the goal to one day join the committee has never changed.
With my multiple months of leadership and tenure within ISD, I have an insane amount of ideas for the department and the FLC/COE in general, and being within Ethics would allow me the freedom to implement them with the committee's support. My tenure within the multiple departments of the site has also given me ideas I've always wanted to add within the Code of Ethics, such as updates to the Code of Ethics on corruption charges to help protect confidential whistleblowers. I also have ideas for updates to Section 5 of the Code of Ethics that I have not been able to apply due to not being within the committee. I also wish to push to update the current site-recognized medals, which were supposed to be done by Recker (side-eye), but unfortunately, he was too busy with Chairman duties. Now’s my chance to push it within the committee itself.

What makes you the best candidate for the Ethics Committee?:
I've been a part of Site Administration for about two months now, working to implement effective changes across multiple departments, including Nu-7, E-11, and ISD. My experience in Site Admin has prepared me for my goals within the Ethics Committee, and I genuinely enjoy listening to and assisting site members in pushing their policies forward. It would be hypocritical of me not to take the next step in furthering both myself and this community, especially since I've always strived to contribute meaningfully.
I've been a dedicated community member for eight to nine months. Throughout my tenure in various positions, I've gained extensive experience in combative and non-combative roles and administrative responsibilities. That experience has given me the confidence to put my name forward for the Ethics Committee. I've spent months deeply involved in the ISD Department, leading investigations and arrests across every department, including Alpha-1 and Site Administration. Not many can say they've done the same. As an assistant to both the Ethics Committee and the Overseers, I've conducted countless interviews and inquiries into the site's operations and played a key role in multiple whistleblowing cases that led to the removal of unethical personnel. Being within Site Administration has also made me work closely with the Ethics Committee in ensuring site policies are well kept as well as the code of ethics is enforced within the site. Working alongside Marcus within ISD and E11 has brought me a lot of insight into the jobs of the Ethics committee and the way they operate.
