Have you received any kicks, bans, or warnings? If so, why?:
XP Farming: I received a 1-day ban and a warning for the same incident. This happened when I was still relatively new, and we had just finished fighting back a massive Code Black with Gensec's help. While playing as a scientist, I started crediting everyone as I had seen others do in the past. I did not realize it was a mistake, and I accepted the punishment without argument when the admin informed me. I learned from it and never let it happen again. Other than that, this has been my only warning so far.

Why are you applying for Site Director?:
I have spent nearly a year, a total of 10 months plus, within Site Administration, and I believe I am ready to move on to the next step. As Site Director, I will be able to more effectively lead Site Administration, pushing for better performance and RP within our little department. I will also have more leeway than the Site Manager to help push out policies between departments, as well as become more engaged and flexible in the administration and support of departments. As the longest-serving member of Site Administration, I also believe I have the experience to know when to exercise the powers of Site Director, being the highest in Site Administration, having final say, as well as veto powers over the rest of Site Administration.
In short, I am applying for Site Director as it is the more flexible and versatile role in the server, with the ability to coordinate multi-department RP events and even factions, allowing me to bridge with Site Command. The position of Site Director will also open many bridges for me, allowing me to coordinate policy creation and maintenance to a degree I have never been able to before.
I also have many ideas for Site Administration with all the new changes coming in the near future, such as the delegation of tasks, specializations, and simply allowing Site Advisors to be more flexible in their roles rather than simply being support staff and advisors for Department Leadership. I would implement these to allow more effective monitoring of individuals within Site Administration, allowing them to get used to the higher degree of authority they wield on-site.
My main objective within Site Administration will be to allow Site Administration the flexibility to be both the main administrative department as well as the overarching RP leaders of the site, with the administrative part definitely being the primary role as of right now.

What makes you suitable for Site Director over Site Advisor?:
Throughout my time in Site Administration, I have been under 4 different Site Managers and 3 Site Directors. I know the duties and inner workings of Site Admin better than anyone within the department itself. I know what actions Site Administration should take into consideration at certain times and what decisions or proposals are beneficial for server health and the gameplay loop of departments and regiments. I believe that, if I’m not wrong, I have voted and been a part of the introduction of every single department leader on site minus Jack Edwards. I have created and maintained friendships with a lot of them, and I believe that as the de facto leader of the site, the position of Site Director should act as the parent of the site, helping solve interdepartmental issues and keeping department coordination to a satisfactory level.
My experience on the server, currently nearing the 1.5-year mark, as well as the huge lineup of positions and roles I have held on the server, allow me to place myself in the shoes of department leaders and departments as a whole with how they function and should function. This has helped me identify when a department has something going wrong and will allow me to act upon it before it becomes a greater issue than it needs to be.
I also like to think that my overall demeanor and easygoing style will allow the rest of the site and server to approach me easily whenever issues arise, keeping me informed where I need to be. I try to be a very patient and forthcoming person, though it sometimes comes back to bite me.
