This man is the greatest pick of the greatest picks ever. He is a pure diamond in the rough.
He is insanely good at helping and guiding new directors into greatness, when I became the Director of Research it was in a tough spot and I wasn't getting much help until this man came along and taught me the basics of how to be a Director. Overall, he sparks motivation and is very helpful; he is great in leadership positions whether it be through direct leadership or the basics of guidance like a sensei, this man has it all.
He's fair and understanding, with a strong sense of moral justice, making him into the great man he is as Site Manager, so I say give this man Site Director or else!
