Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?:
I am applying for ISD Inspector because I enjoy the balance between roleplay and combat rather than focusing on a single aspect.. As an Inspector I would be able to mentor new Agents and Investigators, review reports, and help uphold the standards and quality of ISD. Finally, I also want to contribute beyond the daily duties by assisting with department projects, and help develop future changes to ISD.

How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
Within CN I have written arrest reports, tribunal documents, and other smaller roleplay documents. Outside of CN I have experience writing policies, SOPs, and other types of reports. A quality document is one that goes into detail and explains things thoroughly without turning into word vomit and over explaining. A good document knows how to stick to that line. They should also be properly laid out in an order that makes sense, and maintain professional tones.
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
I believe I would be a good leader because I prioritize consistency, communication, and accountability. I don’t believe being in a leadership position is simply about giving orders and flexing a position. Like when people ask questions taking the time to explain the actual policies and why it matters to someone rather than just giving them a simple yes or no answer. I also can remain calm during disagreements and make evidence based decisions. I also know when to punish someone for a mistake or simply let it remain a learning moment. Also as a middle management type position, I would be available for the higher up and fellow inspectors to assist whenever needed.
Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Azekial ‘Azara’ Rael joined the foundation after serving in multiple oversight and investigative organizations. After the company he worked for at the time was hired to conduct an internal investigation on a military contractor, Azekial was noticed for uncovering a massive embezzlement campaign with the company's leadership. Azekial was recruited by the foundation into GSD initially to learn how to operate in the facilities before being transferred to Site-65’s Internal Security Department.
