Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?
I want to help everyone in the Department of Research, Specifically Jr. Researcher and Researchers, giving them constructive criticism, feedback, tips, what they did right/wrong in their tests, if they're following CoC and CoE.
What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
I am capable of testing on dangerous with minimal to no casualties, and I am also capable of helping Researchers with their tests, correcting their mistakes,
How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?
I have written some documents on my experiments with SCPs, though for now they've only received a Good rating. But whenever I write documents I follow the R101: Formatting a Research Study and How to Write an Excellent Document guides,
What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
Guiding and doing high cl4 experiments and more secret ones lower ranking members don't know about. Making sure the research personal are all in check and punishing them if they do the wrong thing and/or teaching them how to do it correctly so they don't mess up next time. And also teach new Foundation Personnel that just arrived on site and are interested in joining the Department of Research. Oversee the Researchers doing tests and give them tips and feedback.
Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Bakowski was previously part of a small Research & Study group in [REDACTED], that specialized in inanimate objects that have anomalous properties, he was one of the members that would test on these objects to find out what anomalous effects/activity they have and how they could be neutralized/blocked, the research team was approached by The Foundation on a work proposition, Bakowski chose to work at The SCP Foundation.
Bakowski, after working at The SCP Foundation for some time, asked to be integrated into a Research team named Icarus-4 (I-4), that specializes in Extra-Dimensional SCPs (The ones that alter Hume, are other dimensions, have pocket dimensions. Ex: SCP-106, 860, 914, 513, etc.)
