What is the case against you?: I missed my requirements.

Prior to this demotion, have you ever been demoted?: No

Have you ever been kicked/warned/banned?: Yes

What is your side of the story?: At the time, I was very busy with IRL issues, and it was foolish of me not to make an LOA. I now have the time to dedicate to the server and will not make the same mistake again. I will inform SL if I ever feel overwhelmed with requirements.

Why should you return / what will you change?: As I mentioned before, the reason for my removal was missing requirements, so the only thing to change would be to dedicate more time to the server and ensure I do not miss my requirements. Additionally, I now have plenty of time for the server and wish to be reinstated so I may assist the staff team with moderating the server.
