Early Life
Born in the scorching Northern Territory of Australia to a nurse mother and a father who worked heavily in logistics for the coal industry. Due to his Mother gaining postpartum depression, she was sent to a mental institution where she’d go on to pass. In the sole care of his Father, Bill was thrust into the interest of his father’s work, and how all the machinery works together. Bill always tried to earn his father's approval by working with his father to fix the mining equipment from a young age. At the ripe age of 16, Bill was inducted into his father's old role and worked in logistics for the same mining company quickly earning the reputation of efficiency and care within the department. When the 2008 recession hit, Bill was forced to undergo hard times, with wealth depreciation hitting an all-time low, housing going to an all-time high, strikes overtaking all working hours… Bill had one option, he started the Union of Socialist Workers, and with time, energy and dedication to his role, and fellow workers, he ensured a fair working rights act across Australia. After this, an opportunity arose within the International Construction Company (ICC), regarding Government Installations.

Months had passed, and with the Title of Executive Construct, an excellent record with the Australian Government, and ties going deep into Parliament House. A one-time deal came to his attention. A large subterranean facility, constructed of the hardest materials known to man to hold creatures of [REDACTED] nature. The groundwork for something called “Site 52”.

After roughly 5 years of construction and detailed knowledge of every inch of the place, a man in a pure black suit, sunglasses on and a slick back haircut, looking like a city boy, walks up to Bill.
“Mr Stone, you’ve done well here, the facility is complete and we have one more inquiry of you.” The Rep spoke

“What is it?” Bill Replied with haste, not to waste time.

“We would like to hire you for a job within the facility. You’ll receive the necessary clearance and induction required for your status, you’ll understand pretty much everything you need to fulfil your role” He generously spoke with an upbeat tone.

“What about my job here, my home? My father is drastically ill.” Bill said with sadness “I couldn’t leave.”

“All requirements of such tasks have been handled. And you need not worry about your Father's medical requirements, as long as you take the position of course.”

Bill had not known of such a role nor understood what it would entail, but he was sure it was probably better than his 92,000$ salary with minimal benefits.
Bill extends his hand, to shake. “I’ll do it!” he said with glee.

“Excellent, you start Monday, a transport vehicle will be around to pick you up.”

Early Career and Future.
Advisor Bill Stone or Advisor Stone, as he was known, started his career at Bio-Site 52 in the far Northern Territory of Australia in early 2013. Advisor Stone became known for his strict but fair attitude towards policy and quickly became a Chief Supervisor for the containment department on Site 52. During his station at Site 52, Stone watched as complacency was rife in the service department, causing multiple containment failures due to uncompleted work and incompetence. This could not stand, so during Stone's appointment as Chief Supervisor, the service department was reviewed and redesigned. Reforming Site 52 staff into a well-oiled and maintained machine.

Later on, due to some mishaps with Containment and the ensuing slaughter of roughly fifty-three Security Guards, the decommissioning of Site 52 was decided. SCPs were moved and Bill Stone was transferred to Site 56 in Canada due to his long service to the foundation. He decided to take a bigger role to help make the facility, and Foundation as a whole more efficient. Starting with Site 56 and its subordinates.

Pebble has been in Site Administration the same amount of time as me (about a week 1/2) and he has done so much work in regards to anything site admin related. With his help we have been able to fix major issues within site admin and I am 100% certain that Pebble would be the best choice to become a Director alongside me.
