Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?
I wish to apply for the position of ISD inspector to give back to the department that has given me enjoyment on this server ever since I joined it. I wish to progress further into this department and help lead and make it the best it can be both operationally and in terms of leadership. I also want to increase roleplay poteninal for the agents and investigators of the department.
What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
Within in my time in ISD I believe that I have experienced all the corners of ISD, whether it be doing audits, investigations, or standard operations I have worked pretty much with all the current active commissioners and directors of ISD allowing me to gain experience quickly. I am also active and can average around 2-6 hours everyday at all times allowing me to help ISD agents at niche times where the server would be quiet. I also have had several other leadership roles within different communities where I helped organize and run all kinds of different departments. I have also recently had experience to train ISD Agents.
What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
An Ideal inspector is one that knows the in and outs of not only ISD but the site by being fully knowable on the FLC, COC, COE and any other site polices. They must also lead by example and ensure they are respectful and professional so that those who wish to grow in ISD may have a base on how they should conduct themselves. and finally someone who prioritizes the balance between department management and roleplay.
How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
During my time on the server I have wrote several research reports and when I was an agent I wrote several draft arrest reports. A document has good quality when it has great formatting grammar and clarity (Not to simple to the point it is vague and not to detailed to where the average person has a hard time understanding it)
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
The Responsibly of ISD Inspector is but not limited to:
-Supervising and guiding Agents and Investigators, ensuring that they stay on the right track within ISD
-Training new agents and investigators
-Being the first point of contact for issues regarding ISD agents/investigators in the Chain of Command
-Ensuring that everyone is following the FLC, including CL4 and ISD
-Work on cases as a prosecuting officer
-Enhance RP for Agents/Investigators
-Approve weapon permits with another inspector
Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
While I am new to the server, I feel that my experience in leadership positions in other communities will allow to me work efficiently as an inspector. I will ensure that my leadership is used to benefit ISD in the best way possible allowing new agents/operatives to see all the RP fun that comes from the department. Any ISD that is not adhering to their duties will not be neglected and I will ensure that they are properly guided to perform better or in the rare chance are punished accordingly. I can also use my role as inspector to help people outside of the game and on the discord since I am frequently active and respond quick to DMs.
Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Recruited into the foundation on 3/3/2004, Billy Marston was assigned to Site-17 as a security officer where he would spend his time until reaching the position of SRU where he was assigned to Site-65. After an incident regarding several treasonous tech experts, Billy Marston was transferred into the Department of Internal Security where he rose to the rank of investigator allowing him to protect the foundation from itself. This got the attention of his higher up, leading him here.
