Before the Foundation, Antúnez worked in the ARNG’s admin & relations department as a religious affairs specialist. He also is a graduate of “Trinity Health” Medical School where he would get the qualifications of a health care specialist.
In an incident report given by the Horizon Initiative, Antúnez was stated to be on a mission with the National Guard when he encountered a group of people engaged in what appeared to be an ████████. In the report, Antúnez is said to have approached cautiously to observe and offer assistance with the situation. This is when Antúnez would first witness the reality of supernatural phenomena and the anomalous. The Horizon Initiative would learn of his involvement with ████████, and Impressed by Antúnez's unique blend of medical expertise and spiritual insight, the Initiative recognized his potential as an asset and extended him an invitation. Antúnez would accept the offer later becoming an agent of the Initiatives Shepherds Corps.
On numerous occasions, Antúnez would work closely with the Foundations MTF Eta-77 “Spheres Within Spheres” to contain, monitor, and or destroy anomalies. After some time of working with Eta-77 the sect of the Horizon Initiative that Antúnez worked for would form a full alliance with the Foundation as they saw that their missions aligned with the ideals of wanting to protect humanity from the anomalous.
As part of a program to strengthen relations between the Initiative and the Foundation Antúnez would be stationed at Site-65. There he would primarily assist in the training of medical personnel and the enforcement of the foundation's Legal Codex. Antúnez would also give the foundation some information in return for being able to assist in the research and testing of SCP-7722.
In time Antúnezs would gain the nickname of "Bishop” as he became a permanent member of Site-65. In his several years of helping maintain the Medical Department and assisting Internal Affairs in upholding the Legal Codex, he would be made the Medical departments combative lead and organize the combat medic subdivision "Hippocrates Hammer" and later assisted in the leadership of "Hippocrates Humes". Bishop has stated, “So long as the Foundation stays true to its mission they will always have me as a loyal member”.

- What makes me the best candidate for EC Assistant is that I am well acquainted with the Foundations Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics as well as the enforcement of the Legal Codex. I also have experience with leading and guiding foundation personnel, helping them stay informed and out of trouble. I am also the current lead for the medical department's combative field. As well am currently one of the leads for HH-11, a combat medic subdivision tasked with assisting E-11. Overall I enjoy getting work done and being able to interact with other personnel.
