What can you bring to the Global Occult Coalition
I can bring my extensive skills and knowledge I have learned from being inside Beta-1. I have interacted with GOC many times and other GOI's. I can talk to people diplomatically and keep the peace. This can prove useful at times when relations with the Foundation, Chaos Insurgency, Civilians, or any other GOI is bad. Another key ability I can bring is my document writing skills. Digital or on paper I am very confident with my writing and formatting especially. My dedication and activity are definitely two things I am strongest in. I will strive to seek a higher set of responsibilities always and act professional when the situation calls for it.
Why do you want to join the Global Occult Coalition?
I want to join the Global Occult Coalition because of the more RP focused environment. I want to create fun scenarios, missions, and projects for everyone inside and outside of the Coalition. Another reason is the soon to be removal of the Beta-1 regiment. I know a lot of Beta-1 members have already been accepted into the Global Occult Coalition and I would love to work with them and others.
Why was the Global Occult Coalition founded?
The Global Occult Coalition was founded directly after World War II due to a growing emergence of realization and fear of anomalies of their full scope of power. The SCP Foundation did exist at this time and worked with all world governments to contain anomalies. However the United Nations wanted their own division that dealt with anomalies permanently by terminating them. This would prevent KTE's, Known Threat Entities, from continuous harm towards humanity and also gave the United Nations a larger grasp on the anomalous situation.
What does the PHYSICS, PSYCHE, and PTOLEMY Divisions specialize in and give an example of some functions they do
PHYSICS Division
This division is made up of combative forces much similar to the MTF squads in the SCP foundation. As a whole they are used to combat, investigate and neutralize anomalies. There are two sub-divisions within the PHYSICS Division. The strike teams whom carry out standard combative roles and the assessment teams who deal with investigation and espionage.
PSYCHE Division
This division deals with outreach and diplomacy with GOI's. They will attempt to keep peace with other paranormal groups who deal with anomalies.
PTOLEMY Division
This is the developmental division which consists of researchers, scientists, and technologists. They create new tech and items that can be used by the Global Occult Coalition. New tech and items can range from being used as basic weaponry or for neutralizing KTE's.
What Are the Global Occult Coalition's goals?
The Global Occult Coalition's goals can be found within their "Fivefold Mission"
Survival
Keeping the human race alive from all paranormal threats. This mission is the highest of priority always.
Concealment
Keeping any information regarding anomalous a secret from the public. This is key to prevent mass hysteria and fear.
Protect
Global Occult Coalition personnel lives are valued very highly. However losses can be taken if Survival or Concealment is at risk.
Destruction
Never take a chance of letting an anomaly survive. Any anomaly could risk the survival of the human race
Education
Expand knowledge upon anomalies. This mission is the lowest priority always.
Please explain The Seventh Occult War.
The Seventh Occult war coincided with World War II. During this time the Global Occult Coalition was known as the Allied Occult Initiative. Together them, the SCP Foundation, and the FBI's Unusual Incident unit combated against the Ahnenerbe Obskurakorps. This was a Occult regiment inside of the Nazi Regime which was founded by the Thule Society a high ranking class of nobility inside Germany. During the Seventh Occult War Director of Advanced Research Konrad Weiss within the Obskurakorps discovered the Rite of Solomon later known as KTE-3457. This KTE was a ritual when once preformed could be used to rewrite magic and the Obskurakorps wanted to rewrite it to allow the German race to use it giving them an upper hand in World War II. Konrad Weiss needed 7 keys to complete the Rite of Solomon ritual and however the Allied sides were slowly emerging victorious in the War effort. Nearing 1945 Weiss did obtained the 7 keys and resources needed to complete the Rite of Solomon however the combine Allied Occult forces captured Weiss before he could complete the ritual. This put the official end of the Seventh Occult War and World War II.
What makes the Global Occult Coalition different in in-comparison to the other groups within the SCP-universe in your view?
In my opinion the Global Occult Coalition is different as the group is usually neutral to all GOI's and has no consistent enemies besides KTE's. Their goals and objectives when contrasted with other GOI's are completely different. From my knowledge no other GOI comes close to their methods and goals besides the SCP Foundation but even then they are still very different.

Biographical Information
Francis Hall, a young man hailing from the upper middle-class suburbs of West Lakeland, Michigan, was born in the year 1997. Growing up in a family of four, with two elder brothers and a sister, Francis was the youngest of the lot by a margin of two years. Despite being the youngest, he displayed great potential from a young age and consistently achieved B and A grades throughout his high school years. His thirst for knowledge led him to take up multiple Advanced Placement courses, allowing him to skip a grade in college. With his intelligence, Francis scored relatively high on the SAT, but it was his exceptional writing skills that earned him a minor scholarship to Michigan University. However, fate had other plans for Francis's family. In the winter of 2015, his only sister, just 23 years old, was tragically killed by a semi-truck while on her way to college. This tragedy shattered the Hall family, leaving them broken and vulnerable. It was during this time that Francis's eldest brother, already battling severe depression, succumbed to his inner demons and took his own life in 2016. Despite the immense grief and trauma that he faced, Francis persevered and continued to chase his dreams. In 2019, he graduated from college with a major in biological engineering, earning his master's degree. Little did he know that his college had other plans for him. The college requested Francis to go on a paid study trip to Canada, with the objective of studying deer that were emitting possible radiation. It was an unusual request, but Francis agreed to go on the trip. Upon arrival in Canada, he found that the study was much deeper. Francis was greeted by members of the Global Occult Coalition who explained the scenario. There was one member of Strike Team and two members of the Research and development team. Francis was told that if he exceeded in studying, tracking, and terminating this "Deer" he would have a chance at joining the likes of the Coalition. The project took around three and a halve days. The first two days were spent hiking and camping looking for any sign this anomalous Deer would have left behind. On the third day a substance of Uranium-235 was found and discarded. The deer was also found near the substance showing sings of intelligent and anomalous presences. Not much studying could be done as the deer charged at the group when it was startled and was shot down by the Strike Team agent with six bullets that were size 7.62 x 39mm. All that was concluded was the deer was far stronger than average and despite the lacking test results Francis was invited into the next mission. This meant that he would accept the invitation to the Global Occult Coalition.
