Why are you applying for Director of External Affairs?
-I have full confidence that it’s the right time for me to step up for the role of Director as I look forward to running this department and bring it to new heights within the Foundation.
I must confess my love for DEA department the RP, Combat and I cannot forget my fellow Agents Sp Agents, Manager and my Directors. I would love to bring the fun I have with in DEA to more people. I know that I don’t like to rant on about this, but I very much must say this I love DEA, and I would love to continue the beautiful diamond that is the DEA department.
What makes you suitable for Director of External Affairs?:
- Yes very much so, I will bring up points on why.
Leadership: I must say leadership Is one of greats if not the best skill I have in my book of card. Leading DEA when on site, hosting meeting with GOC about reasons, any problem that both factions have with aka surface ect. With the most important thing leading RP and making shore that the DEA members that I am over have fun time playing DEA and the sever.
-Activity: Activity that really it to be honest lol, I get on put my time on DEA that I would say 85% of said time on the sever having about a 3 to 5 day Vtime.
(NOTE: Sorry I will all ways bring this up when talking about activity remember this is a game not real life take breaks, please don’t burn yourself out it feels like shit know your limits and follow it thank you that is all.)
-Competency: Common sense will stay one best things for any leadership position without it we would all be lost. I’m not going to rant on about this I use this when make decisions.
-BORTAC: BORTAC or BTAC for short is the DEA sub-regimen I the BTAC-M am the department manager that oversees it, I can handle a lot on my plate run BTAC and doing the day to day manager work aka GOC dealing with CI ect. I have put a lot of work in to BTAC as I was one of the leading people when we reworked it.
-Out of the current Manager team I have been around the longest so I of cause learned much hell when the 2 directors went on LOA was declared one of the “Acting Director” for a week handling Sp Agents applications GOC ect. I have worked with upkeep documents with our document manager Meka ofc, leading RP with GOC aka holding meeting line when I and DEA, SA had some concerns about one of their policies about CI and SOP on surface. And a new joint GOC-Foundation Research (Still working on it need to check bases on this with both sides as of making this app btw.)
With meany points that I have bring up I heavily believe that I am suitable of Director. But I’m still all ways looking to keep improving if anyone has suggestions on what I lack please tell me.

-Maintaining GOIs relation, GOC by hosting meeting, making treaties ect. (and ooc health with CI.)
-Maintain inner foundation relation with Nu-7 (SOP) ISD, GSD, medical ect.
-Promoting Sp Agent to Manager when a slot is open and training them.
-Reporting any major problems to Site Administrator.
-Leading raids on GOIs.
-Acting as the face of the department.

Bob Smit born is New south Wales Australia born into a small family living like any other kid playing and learning to work from a young age. his family was not wealthy in any means after working mean odd jobs, but nothing would get his family out of poverty. Bob had no chose the Army was calling for new recruits with a sigh up bonus and good pay Bob and his family could live comfort for good amount of time to start a good income job. So, Bob joined the army age 18 for 3 -years serving as light recon platoon as a lance corporal. After he got out of the army Age 21some mail landed on his porch of his new home. Saying something about a job? For a Foundation? Bob knew something was off about the job but the money from the army would not last forever, so he accepted this “Job” and went to the meeting place, some front business for the foundations after being let in the backroom there were two men wearing suits sitting down an empty chair was across from them they wave there hand signaling for Bob to sit down. After bob took a sit one of the men pulled a small black item appear to be a recording device, he clicked a button started the audio recording.

[Bob Smit: Yes and who you?]
[Suit 1: I’m John and my work colleague is Joe.]
[Bob Smit: those are some fake ass names.]

After joining the Foundation Bob Smit was assigned as a security guard through Bob at first thought this job would have more to do but he shortly found out that it was lacking action. So, Bob request for reassignment to other departments his file landed on the disk of Department of External Affairs DEA, and it was decided that he would be an Agent of DEA.
[DEA-Grunt-Work]
“Another raid?” DEA all ways on the move the action that Bob was looking for the number of operations happening for the DEA department was due to the large amount of CI activity in the North America region fire fight after fire fight. Bob and meany other Agent receive a new order from high command they were to launch a raid on a new CI cell base where it was believed where the leader of the CI operations in the region. A CI member the Foundation were looking for years named “Comrade” known for his bloody violent raids and hanging foundation member, put their dead heads on pikes. Bob and other DEA showing up to the field HQ before the raid was launch.

*Bob pulls out he’s CZ putting 2 shots in the Cis chest killing him Immediately*

With a member of the GOC also committing treason going rouge and attempt to join with Comrades team the whole operation was a mess they dint even get the SCP letting a 3rd party take it.]
