Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
I am applying for the position of Site Advisor, having spent several months in my role as an Ethics Assistant, where I supported the site and the committee in ensuring the code of ethics was upheld to a high standard. I was even promoted to Ethics Assistant Coordinator, a highly sought-after position in the Committee. Throughout my time in this role, I’ve worked closely with the Committee, discussing policy and assisting with various operations and programs. This experience has strengthened my administrative and leadership skills, and I am confident in my ability to take the next step in my career as Site Advisor.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
As an Ethics Assistant Coordinator, I have spent several months helping the committee manage the affairs of the Assistant team, ensuring they uphold the standard expected of them as representatives of the Committee on site. My experience as an E-11 CPT has taught me how to navigate the challenges of leadership. Facing situations like the demotion of colleagues I consider friends has been difficult, but these experiences have strengthened me and prepared me to handle similar challenges in the future. Additionally, having served as a leader of the FRC sub-regiment, I’ve gained valuable experience in administering chemicals to various personnel and drafting policies. These responsibilities have given me the confidence and skills needed to take on the challenges within Site Administration.
My experience as an ISD Inspector has also provided me with valuable insights into the challenges faced by departments on site. I have participated in numerous investigations, including those within Site Administration and Alpha-1. Through these experiences, I have witnessed firsthand the struggles of personnel within these departments, and I am confident that I possess the capacity, creativity, and vision necessary to help address and resolve their issues.

6. Assisting with RP for Departments and Foundation in General
7. Attending and Hosting Meetings
8. Approving D-Class Work Permits and Signing Off on Them
