What Ethics Committee role are you applying for, and why:
I am applying for the role of Ethics Committee Member to enhance the presence of clearance 5 personnel within Site-65. Too often, these key personnel are unavailable on-site, which affects ethical oversight and decision-making. My goal is to ensure a strong Ethics Committee presence, uphold moral standards, and provide clear leadership.
What makes you the best candidate for the Ethics Committee?:
Extensive Ethics Committee Experience
I have spent six months as an Ethics Assistant (Coordinator), gaining in-depth knowledge of the Committee’s operations.
This experience has shaped my understanding of ethical decision-making, policy enforcement, and internal structure.
Ethics has been my top priority, and I am fully committed to continuing this work as an ECM.
Leadership & Multi-Department Experience
I have experience leading in multiple departments, having served as E-11 CPT, Nu-7 SGT, and ISD Inspector.
This has given me insight into both combative and non-combative roles, allowing me to ensure that ethical decisions consider all operational aspects.
I understand how Foundation personnel function in high-risk situations, making me a valuable asset in ethical oversight.

What are the responsibilities of the Ethics Committee in RP?:
1. Enforcing Ethical Standards
Ensure compliance with the Code of Ethics (CoE), Code of Conduct (CoC), and Foundation Legal Codex (FLC).
Utilize ISD and Omega-1 for enforcement when necessary.
Regularly review and update ethical policies.
2. Overseeing Investigations & Reports
Review ethical concerns raised by Assistants, ISD, and Foundation personnel.
Orchestrate investigations into unethical experiments, abuse of power, or violations.
Monitor and approve ethical testing procedures.
3. Managing Personnel & Work Permits
Provide guidance and assignments to Ethics Assistants and Omega-1.
Approve and oversee D-Class work permits to ensure ethical treatment.
4. Communication & Decision-Making
Serve as the voice of the Ethics Committee, ensuring transparency in ethical rulings.
Work closely with Site Administration, Security, and MTF units to align ethical standards with operational needs.
As well as, permitting Advanced Armory (AA) to be used, as well as KOS past D-Block if needed.

1. Reviewing & Handling Applications
Process applications for Ethics Assistants, Ethics Committee Members, and ISD Director.
Ensure only qualified individuals advance to higher ethical and investigative roles.
2. Updating Ethical Policies & Guidelines
Maintain and update the CoE, CoC, and FLC to reflect ongoing roleplay scenarios.
Work with other departments to ensure fairness in ethical rulings.
3. Administrative Oversight & Community Engagement
Review and handle player reports related to ethical concerns or rule violations.
Oversee server-wide ethical policies and ensure consistent enforcement.
Assist in the development of new roleplay guidelines and events to improve Ethics Committee roleplay.
