List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held:
Site Director

Site Manager
Site Advisor

Overseer Assistant
Consultant
Combat Medic

Have you received any kicks/bans/warnings? and why?:
No

What makes you suitable for SCP-096?:
With my time as an OSA and member of Site Admin, I have had to coordinate multiple 096 containment efforts and am very aware of how a normal 096 breach should go. Also with its relatively simple form of containment breach compared to say 079, I believe it would be easy and fun for me to play.

What is the usual behavior of SCP-096 when pacified?:
Wait by crouching on the ground for 60 seconds after which it may roam in a small radius.

When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?:
Anywhere where there is a 096-1 instance. Generally, 096 should not beeline it for D-Block unless there is a 096-1 instance in D-Block and possible closer 096-1 instances are not around.

How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process:
Containing personnel should first get scramble gear and a bucket, then follow 096 while attempting to bucket it. At the same time, personnel should attempt to find and destroy the 096 photo while waiting for 096 to terminate all 096-1 instances. Once 096 has terminated all 096-1 instances, the photo is destroyed, and 096 is still bucketed, personnel are to beam 096 with a containment beam and use SCP restraints to take it back to its CC.
