Why are you applying for Site Director?
I have spent a fair amount of time within Site Administration and with mentoring with Marvin and Skoobz, I feel I understand the position and role that the Site Director and Site Administration as a whole plays within the Foundation and its hierarchy. My time as a Site Advisor taught me how to carefully approach every situation, provide needed advice to others, and understand Site Administration. My time as a Site Manager taught me how to best work with others to enhance their skill set and how to best manage a team. I feel that Site Director is the next logical step in my path of learning and aiding others. Site Director is a position with a lot of power and responsibility, only comparable to CL5 positions, however, with that said I still believe I am ready to be the next Site Director.
What makes you suitable for Site Director over Site Advisor?:
Throughout my time within Site Administration, I have been introduced to many different ways of handling situations and even different forms of administration. I have seen the responses and feedback to these different actions and find myself still learning to this day how to improve my skill set. With that being said, I am always looking to improve and believe that with my experience in Site Administration plus the mentoring I previously mentioned, I believe I am more than ready and qualified for the position. I plan to rework some parts of Site Administration I believe could use improvement, to make the Site Admin team more of a collective so we can best teach each other, polish our strengths, and work on our weaknesses. I want to and can bring a sense of uniformity to Site Admin that will improve its overall effectiveness. I want to lead and teach the group and organization that has taught me so much and I still plan to learn from them in turn. I also want to continue to improve my RP creation talents, with small projects such as Project Mentality, and the numerous meetings I have had with members of the Research Leadership Team, DEA management, and GOC which have allowed me to create mini research projects involving the three, and the Foundation-GOC-CI roleplay scenarios that I have created on surface are just a few examples I have. I feel with the position of Site Director I can turn my small roleplay scenarios into much bigger, much grander displays for more people to enjoy!
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
From a top-down perspective:
Work with members of Site Command to execute their will and carry their orders.
Ensure the day-to-day running of the Site through administrative work.
Work with departments and regiments to perform reviews, provide advice, and work on improvements to assigned groups.
Vote on and decide new departmental and regimental Directors, Chiefs, and Commanders.
Rally the Site and ensure proper procedures and authorizations are given during emergency codes including but not limited to KOS on D-Class past Airlock, Authorization of Advanced Armory, Working with ISD to have non-combative moved out of harm’s way, and ensuring Code Blacks are followed, and evacuations are done safely.
Maintain GOI relations, namely GOC.
Ensure the Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct are being followed.

“Looking over former Site Director Marvin Garden’s files were you not?”
“Well yes, I was curious as to the circumstances of his unfortunate expiration.”
“Quite…in any case, you are in a decommissioned CIA black site, you are awaiting judgment by the Council.”
“F-f-for what might I ask?”
“You may. However, you should know as well as anyone how the Council works, the reality is, you wouldn’t be here if they didn’t want you to be.”
“I don’t understand. What have I done?”
“Have you forgotten Project █████?”
*Sweat forms on Don’s forehead*
“I-I-What-I don’t-”
“Don’t know what that is? The project designed by you to █████████ those who got too close to your past? The Council knows of it, are they next?”
“No! Never, I wouldn-”
“Why not? Because they are more powerful than you? Because they can make you disappear in a second? Because you regret sitting in that chair right now?”

“Of course they know your past, Mr. Gambino. Who do you think covered it up? Ensured you weren’t made a Class D? You thought you got lucky or maybe you truly had some pull here? No, you’re not that powerful, you’re not that special. You’re just a pawn on a much larger chessboard.”
“So now what? Pawn outlived his usefulness? Get thrown away with the others?”
“No, as I said before, the Council members are judging you. Judging to see if this pawn made it to the other end of the board.”

“Site Manager please rise.”
*Don is cut loose from his chair and stands up*
“The Council has made its decision. Place your hand on the podium before you.”
*Don places his hand and soon after experiences a sharp pain as an anesthetic needle pricks his hand*
“Now, bring in the ████”
*An A-1 member approaches Don with a modified chemical injection gun, jabbing the gun into the back of his neck and administering a small capsule inside*
“Congratulations, Site Director. You are to report back to Site 65 and assume control over the sight. We will be in touch shortly.”
*Don, unable to speak wearily nods his head as he goes to scratch his neck before his hand is swatted by the A-1 member*
*under his breath* “And for your sake, please do not disappoint us, your new friend is quite volatile when aggravated.”
