Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:

Why are you applying for Director of External Affairs?
I am running for Director of External Affairs because the department is in dire need of active leadership and a direct vision. As far as I can tell, DEA is poorly positioned and has been for the at least that long since I last operated as a manager. I feel I can help bring the department out of what is and restore it to (former greatness).
Another strength of mine due to the fact that I am not a biased toward any GOI Formerly a member of the CI, and the GOC as well, I have insight into multiple perspectives / how different Groups of Interest operate. I have gained experience from all this and makes me more zeal for diplomacy and negotiating which also offers some useful values in relation to stable relationships.
Overall, I am coming to this job in order to actively lead, to rebuild the department’s structure and ultimately help guide DEA out of its prior shadow so that it can fulfill any meaningful continued role.
What makes you suitable for Director of External Affairs?:
The reasons that make me fit for the role of Director of External Affairs are my experience, activity, and most importantly, knowledge from collaborating with various departments and Groups of Interest.
I am also yery active in our community, which is vital for a leadership position like this. If it helps, I have previously been a manager twice, for about six months in total. During that period I learned how to organize teams, distribute responsibilities and keep a department running.
Actually, I have been a leading and also leading a sub-regiment. That provides me with recent leadership experience and gets involved with artifacts of coordination and decision-making. In the past month especially I have had to deal with many different GOI interactions which helped me learn how Diplomacy, Dialogue and Interfactional conflict reuse.
Additionally, I have worked alongside other Directors, Site Administration and Site Command so I understand what needs to happen at a higher level in terms of coordination between departments. Had it not been for this experience, I believe I could lead the Department of External Affairs and integrate it into an organ that would function more adequately.
What are the responsibilities of the Director of External Affairs in RP?:
Train and introduce new Special Agents and Managers to their roles and responsibilities within the department.
Oversee and conduct negotiations with Groups of Interest (GOIs).
Manage diplomatic relations and communications with GOIs.
Work closely with Site Administration regarding GOI classifications and any changes to their status.
Provide overall guidance and support to members of the department when needed.
Handle Marshall, Carter & Dark (MC&D) permits when required.
Create, update, or remove departmental policies when necessary.
Develop and organize RP scenarios involving the department and other factions or departments.
Review and approve raids or infiltration operations when appropriate.

Most people would just call him Director of External Affairs — but to know that man is to love the bumbalina.
Mr. Bumbalina is a man whose name most everyone who has been inside of the anomalous world knows long before they encounter him in person. Calm and observant, known to listen more than he spoke, Bumbalina established himself not through brute force but by grasping the motivations of those beyond the Foundation proper.
Prior to joining the Foundation’s Department of External Affairs, Bumbalina spent years in places where diplomacy and conflict intertwined on a daily basis. He happened to have dealt in passing with several Groups of Interest including working for a time beside members of the Global Occult Coalition, and indirectly dealing with agents attached to the Chaos Insurgency. These experiences granted him a unique insight—he was aware of the rigorous militaristic framework of the likes of the GOC, and at the same time also comprehended the erratic mentality behind groups such as Chaos Insurgency.
Bumbalina would go on to become a member of the SCP Foundation where, even in tense scenarios, his neutrality and strategic approach would quickly endear him to others. Instead of viewing GOIs purely as enemies or allies, he saw them as pieces on a dynamic chessboard. That attitude ultimately propelled him to the role of Director of External Affairs, where it is his task to oversee diplomacy, negotiations and intelligence pertaining to the many relationships that the Foundation has with external actors.
Bumbalina is well-known for his quiet lines of communication with agencies like the Global Occult Coalition, tense negotiations with the Chaos Insurgency, and even managing one or two risky contacts for a deal involving Marshall, Carter & Dark Ltd., so it's no surprise that many Foundation personnel will tell you with tongue-in-cheek that if there's a war to be avoided over a single conversation, Bumbalina will likely make it happen.
