Do you have any previous experience as a Gamemaster/Event Manager in a community:
I do have previous experience as a Gamemaster on the US server. Although I did not stay for long due to personal reasons, I enjoyed the position.

Do you have any advanced skills that would benefit the GM team, such as PAC-3, dupes building, art creation and others? If yes, give us your best example of putting that skill into practice:
Graphic Design: I enjoy creating visual assets, documents, and graphics (primarily for DEA right now). Which I will showcase below.
Blender: I'm able to use blender pretty well and 3d model different things as I have been using the program for many years now, and this could help tremendously with events. The DEA poster is created using blender and a editing software.
While I am not an advanced builder or PAC designer, I learn quickly and can still manage to use Garry's mod tools to construct dupes the best to my ability. Example of google lore doc: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1JrHFyrVmYDtuQQRp3b1JnkerzF9_H9Aolgf9Bh21cyw/edit?usp=sharing

Please list one RP Enhancement for a Foundation Department/MTF:

Code:
A day in the life, or so they say.
A documentary crew appears active on the site and is filming their project titled "Day in the Life of Site Personnel" intended for Foundation on boarding and orientation purposes. The crew is granted limited access under supervision and briefly follows departmental staff throughout their operations. What is not publicly disclosed is that the documentary is part of an experimental psychological acclimation program designed to study how new or struggling personnel adjust to foundation life. The footage is intended to be analyzed for behavioral conditioning patterns, though this is not revealed to staff involved in filming.

The crew would briefly follow a selected department or MTF during their operations and conduct short interviews with personnel about their role, responsibilities, and daily life on Site-65. Props such as cameras, microphones, lighting equipment, and temp filming areas could be used and potentially the Media Room.

This could be altered to only include one department.

Setup would be relatively simple and would only include giving SWEPS such as key cards, clipboards, and other equipment. Additionally a simple PAC could be used for a hand held camera, or the default Garry's mod one would work fine. Other props like microphones and stand up cameras can also be included. I believe this is a roleplay enhancement because it involves little to no setup.

Please list one RP Enhancement for a Non-Foundation Group:

Code:
"Grill on Wheels"
A food truck named "Grill on Wheels" appears in Pinewood and operates as a mobile civilian food vendor. The chef runs normal service, interacting with civilians and personnel while offering simple purchasable food items. (Likely only 1-2 items that will be cooked prior to enhancement.) Any surface job will be able to order from the food truck until it leaves pinewood for future customers.

I'd have to make a dupe for this with some sort of build that appears like a food truck, which I don't believe would be too difficult. Additionally I would have to prepare food before hand to sell but that's also simple.

Please list one Event idea for the United Nations Global Occult Coalition:

Code:
"The Auction House"

UNGOC receives information regarding a private gathering taking place somewhere underground Pinewood. Hosted by an unknown collector under the fake alias "Mr. Finchley". The event appears as a normal auction at first with wealthy visitors and displays. However intelligence suggests the gathering is actually an illegal auction of recovered anomalous matter and objects being sold to unsuspecting customers. The event itself is disguised as a luxury showcase and people entering the auction house are not immediately aware of the abnormal items for sale. UNGOC investigates the event and determine whether the items should be confiscated or destroyed. Rather than immediately shutting the event down, UNGOC must gather information so its does not shift further out of their control.

Gamemaster Setup:

For this event I would create a dupe for the auction room. This dupe would be positioned almost like a court room seating, but more elegant and luxurious. Players could enter from pinewood through a teleport that appears as a door.

Either me or another GM could play as "Mr. Finchley", which is the character whom runs the auction and would be prosecuted with any charges.

Please list one Event idea for the Chaos Insurgency:

Code:
"Director Gary Vance"

An elderly man is discovered wandering near CI territory carrying outdated equipment from the 1980s. He identifies himself as Director Gary Vance, a former logistics coordinator who disappeared many years ago and was assumed dead. Due to age and memory issues, Gary believes he is still actively serving within the Insurgency and thinks he has returned to complete a unfinished assignment. Gary insists he must reach an old dead drop location hidden somewhere in the surrounding area. According to him, he was ordered to deliver a sealed package to Cell Sototh. When questioned, Gary cannot clearly explain what the package contains or who ordered it. To him, finishing the delivery is much more important than understanding why. If escorted to the location, the dead drop is revealed to be an abandoned CI supply cache that has been long since forgotten. Inside would be old supplies, historical documents, photographs, outdated plans, and messages left behind from insurgents.

Gamemaster Setup:
As a GM, I would play as Gary Vance and provide information naturally through conversation. Small props would be used to create the cache location, including supply crates, old papers (or a printed document), containers, and other smaller details.

The event would not allow for a singular fixed path. Gary only knows fragments of information, so players decide how much they trust him and whether they wish to help him complete his assignment. Additionally Gary would have a valid chaos insurgency key card to attempt to prove his identity.

This event would end once Gary either reaches the dead drop location, abandons his search, or the players decide how to handle what they discover.

Please list one Event idea for the SCP Foundation:

Code:
"The Iron Sarcophagus"

A deep maintenance sector within the foundation reports a sudden breach in one of the lower structural tunnels. Shortly after, an armed group identifying themselves as the Horizon Initiative is detected inside the area. The group is seen establishing a defense but appears to be not hostile, while protecting a large iron bound containment box recovered from the tunnel breach. They refuse to abandon the object, stating it contains a dangerous relic that must not be moved or disturbed without proper containment procedures. The Horizon Initiative forms a barricade using available materials and restricts access to the immediate area. They request a short period of time to stabilize and secure the object before any foundation interference. Foundation personnel arriving on the scene are required to assess the situation and decide how to respond as the object inside the chest seems physically unstable and may pose a risk, like the Horizon Initiative claimed. During the standoff, both sides would require communication and negotiation regarding the custody of the containment object. The Horizon Initiative insist on completing a sealing procedure, while foundation personnel must determine whether cooperation is in their favor.

If the containment process is completed, the Horizon Initiative proposes a controlled transfer of the sarcophagus to Foundation Custody in exchange for a safe withdraw from the site.

Gamemaster Setup:
As a GM, I would set up a lower tunnel or maintenance corridor using props in a dupe to represent the breach area. A barricade would be placed to show the Horizon Initiative defensive position, along with a central prop representing the iron sarcophagus. I would assign or play the Horizon leader and control their communication through either text or voice chat. Potentially other game masters could play as Horizon characters as well.

Foundation players would be guided into the area via a message in open communications and the dupe or event area would be accessed via elevator. Throughout the event, I would maintain control of the event pacing by managing the containment process and when the sarcophagus is considered safe.

If the Horizon Initiative is allowed to proceed with their sealing procedure I will spawn another dupe to symbolize cultist like symbols. Additionally the Horizon Initiative during this event would perceive the foundation as a friendly GOI and does not see them as a threat, but sets up in a defensive like position to protect people.

The event ends once the sarcophagus is in custody of the foundation and issue is resolved between both groups.

Please list a Major Event or Map Change idea (Involving all sides and the entire server):

Code:
"The Kinetic Jackpot"

I find it very unlikely that a Map Change happen, so this event only includes the current every day map, with the exclusion of it needing dupes.

A large unidentified orbital object impacts the surface near Pinewood, forming a deep crater and significantly altering the terrain. The object is not explosive or anomalous in a sense, but instead is a heavily reinforced containment capsule designed primarily for off world, outerspace, storage of cargo. The capsule cannot be opened by force and requires a portable industrial thermal drill operating for extended periods of time to breach the outer shell. Following the impact, multiple factions converge at the site, after identifying the capsule as an unknown high value asset with no confirmed ownership. A foundation affiliated orbital logistics liaison, Captain Elias War, arrives on site to oversee recovery of the capsule and ensures handling is to the best standard. Elias acts as a neutral observer and provides oversight, but does not directly command any factions. The crater becomes a contested zone where factions may choose is they want to assist, interfere, or negotiate control over the operation. The capsule's exterior contains fragmented markings and debris suggesting a lost orbital logistics program, though details remain unclear. Once the drilling process is finally complete, the capsule opens to reveal a high value cargo of a unknown origin. Factions will decide whether its worth contesting over.

Furthering Capsule Origin (lore)
The capsule is identified through partial surface markings as belonging to ███ Orbital Logistics Division, a discontinued space cargo transport initiative, originally operated under a join foundation adjacent private logistics contract. Recovered fragments indicate the program specialized in long range containment of high value materials deemed sensitive assets, though full classification records are heavily redacted. Internal references suggest the capsule is part of a lost shipment series labeled "KJ-██ Series Kinetic Jackpot Protocol". The program was officially terminated following multiple unexplained losses of orbital inventory and the failure of retrieval. Remaining assets were fully marked as non recoverable. Inside the capsule is a data core, anomalous entities, heavily protected documents with SCP labels on them, one being 096, although all unvisable.

Gamemaster Setup:
As a GM, I would create a crater dupe on surface with a central prop for the capsule, and other basic cover elements for faction logo/text. I would spawn and control the thermal drill as a GM interactable prop (if possible) to make it actually require cooling and other roleplay instead of factions just drilling directly into it within minutes. Additionally I would act as Captain Elias Ward to provide oversight and basic lore context for participators.

This event would end once the capsule is breached.

What elements can make an event unenjoyable? Include one example, avoiding the typical answers if possible.

I think what makes a event unenjoyable is one that's leaves out certain groups of people on the server. Especially ones with roleplay that only happens between a select few of people and leads other to not have any chance of involvement in the event itself. I strongly believe that for a event to be enjoyable BY EVERYONE, it must first actually include everyone (meaning the group involved in the event) actively instead of just having them watch/sit around doing nothing. Additionally, another element that might create a unenjoyable event is poor execution. I personally do not think anybody wants to partake in a messy and chaotic event, people cannot be involved in a event that is not ran correctly by the Gamemaster.

And finally, what do you wish to achieve by becoming a Gamemaster?

I wish to further my experience in roleplay and generally just become a better roleplayer. I constantly see Gamemasters on the server doing cool events and roleplay based scenarios, that most people don't get to create. I've been very intrigued by this and would like to achieve something similar. While my current positions on the server and in the past have provided me plenty of unique roleplay scenarios, I don't think there is ever something quite like a Gamemaster can achieve with their abilities to create. Although some of my ideas for events might be lackluster, mainly because I'm not fully aware of GM tools, I seek to get feedback from other gamemasters to further my story development skills so I can be better at execution, even more creative.
