Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?
All warnings/kicks/bans are expired and aren't active.
Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?
Why? I like the Internal Security Department, I also wish to preform well into the department and seek further ventures as I get promoted, if I get promoted.
I'll also likely try to remain a decent figure within ISD, attempting to de-escalate arrests into where needed and improve upon the quality of Agents, Operatives or Investigators.
What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?
I try to remain active within ISD, de-escalating situations and attempting to do what's best when charging people or finding people in violation of the FLC.
I may not be the best, but I'll take actions to improve myself and others. I'll also strive to fix mistakes in the best way that I can, whether that be via PT or simply telling the person what they did wrong and what they can do to avoid situations like that in the future.
What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
An ideal ISD Inspector is typically one you can work out something with or find some ground over a minor charge such as public nuisance.
They acknowledge and enforce the FLC, de-escalate situations and overall find the best possible solution to a problem that may occur.
How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?
Unfortunately, I have written none just yet.
However, a document that is supposed to have massive impact or major impact on roleplay should generally be concise, consistent, and somewhat in-depth, depending on the department you're interacting with. You wouldn't give a 15-page document to GenSec but would give something along those lines to a member of Site Administration or a Senior-CL4.
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
ISD Inspector's hold alot of general responsibilities and specialized ones, depending on what they're doing within the department.
General Responsibilities;
1. Ensuring that ISD Investigators / Operatives / Agents are at their fullest potential.
2. Dealing with any inter-departmental issues that may arise.
3. Ensuring the relations between ISD is maintained with other foundation departments.
4. Ensuring the Foundation Legal Codex is being enforced.
5. Forwarding important information up the CoC to the department heads.
6. Answering clarification questions about the FLC.
Specialised Responsibilities;
PM; Ensuring the Roster is up-to-date and stable.
PM; Dealing with strikes, PTs, LOAs and reports against ISD members.
LA; Ensuring that Tribunals / Arbitrations are fair, non-biased and organised.
LA; Making sure that Law-Firms are up-to-date, logged and that their respective personnel have taken the Bar.
FTE; Ensuring that all ISD members are up-to-date with the legal codex, handbook and just issuing general training.
IO; Making and organizing Senior Operations / Operations against other departments and/or site personnel to ensure they're following the FLC.
Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
I currently see myself as a decent candidate to hold a CL4 within ISD, I try to work things out with people when needed and attempt to be on good standing with a majority of the site staff. Besides from the reasons stated in 'What Makes You A Good Candidate', those are really the only reasons.
Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:
After being fired from Consultant, Insanity moved to Internal Affairs. He was hired and proceeded to work as an Investigator for almost six months.
Then, an offer was extended.
(I'd.. prefer to build my character ICly, rather than over the forums.)
