I am a great Overseer Assistant candidate for many reasons. Throughout my extensive time on this server, I have held many roles, gaining a variety of knowledge of how the site works and what the expectations around the site should be at all times. As well I have also learned through these roles what it looks like to be a professional, how to write a perfect document, and how to guide others to succeed. I have also been an ethics assistant, which can give me even more experience working as an assistant under a site command member. These are some of the many reasons why I am the best candidate for Overseer Assistant.
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
- Authorize AA
- Approve Documents
- Follow O5 Orders
- Enforce the Code of Conduct
- Do monthly reports on departments / regiments
- Approve Permits for D Class

Clams Volt was born in Anchorage, Alaska, on January 5th, 2002. Nothing was normal about him from the start; the night he was born, a Unidentified Flying Object (U.F.O.) had crash-landed inside Anchorage. Immediately, M.T.F. Iota-45 was sent out to retrieve any debris and technology with a mission order to, if eligible, capture any extraordinary beings. According to our reports that were transferred to Iota-45, these beings had found their way to a hospital after landing, and they had wreaked havoc for an unknown reason, leaving twelve people injured and three dead, as well as taking a newborn baby their way out seen on security footage.
As Iota-45 arrived at the crash site, something was off as the U.F.O. had almost vanished with no debris or parts left. As the team started writing their report, believing they might have repaired the ship and left, a blinding light hit them straight into their eyes, causing them to be stunned and impaired for a few seconds. Two extraterrestrial beings stood straight before them as they regained eyesight, holding a newborn baby inside what looked like a force field and two energy weapons. The M.T.F. Members had started to open fire, knowing that these beings were hostile, quickly hitting the one without the baby, causing a green goo-like substance to emerge. As they began to take fire from the being, a member from Iota-45 started returning fire, hitting the being in the left arm and right leg, making it ineligible to walk or shoot anymore. They then captured the being and started to export it to Site 7, a site off the coast of Alaska.
After the incident, the newborn baby was taken and checked with the medical records hospital to figure out who the parents had been. Still, unfortunately, the parents had died in this accident, causing the baby to have nothing. There had been multiple discussions over a week on what to do with this baby, but they felt the best decision would be to take it into the foundation and train the baby from then on to learn to be the best.
From that moment, he had started to be trained. As a baby, he evidently could not do much, so he had been handed off to the best medical team the foundation had to nurture him and ensure the baby was healthy properly. At the age of five, he was enrolled in the foundation's most prestigious education program, where he learned interdimensional travel, firearm training, common SCP weaknesses, combat training, and much more.
He eventually completed the program at the top of his class at the age of sixteen, being given a choice to join a Mobile Tasking Force (MTF) if they had offered him a slot or any department. He had been wary about joining an MTF, knowing the risks but also remembering that is how he had been saved. It was almost a calling to join. Many MTFs had requested him to join, but the one that stuck out the most was Alpha 1, "Red Right Hand." An MTF is responsible for protecting high-ranking foundation members with their lives. It felt right to him to do so, so he joined.
During A-1, Clams made many significant accomplishments, reaching the rank of CSG and killing many hostile threats that would try to harm the people around him. He was a natural risk taker and leader, earning the codename and more of the nickname "Casino." On February 20th, 2020, the V.I.P. he had been guarding entered Site 65 in Saskatchewan, Canada, looking for a member they wanted to promote to A-1. During this visit, something seemed off; when they entered the facility, they first noticed the lack of lighting. It was almost pitch black inside the facility except for the emergency lights on, which was pretty odd, so they entered the courtyard, which was a ghost town. It was unusual, and they set up defenses inside the garage, believing that there may be hostile threats inside the facility waiting for an evacuation helicopter. They had also sent out messages over the comms system, but nobody on the site responded.
While waiting for the evacuation helicopter in the garage, they suddenly heard a loud bang from outside the courtyard. Everyone is aiming guns at the garage bulkhead, and *BOOM* dust goes flying everywhere, but behind the blinding dust is an LAV armed with multiple personnel and 25mm Rounds. These people inside the LAV had started opening fire on V.I.P and A-1, causing them to seek cover. Every weapon they had could not stop this, and 'Casino' knew this. They had tried opening fire with their puny ARX's, but it barely made a mark on the LAV. Slowly, the LAV was taking out the A-1 members, and it was looking worse and worse. He had two grenades, but unfortunately, if he had thrown them in, there was too high of a risk of collateral damage. There was only one way he could explode the LAV without throwing the grenades: running to it and exploding them up close. 'Casino,' a man of risk, honor, and bravery, had taken a risk with the most to lose his own life as he could not let this go on any longer. He had asked his fellow members to cover him as he ran; he ran as fast as he could, as swiftly as he could, and as agile as he could. All he had was one goal: to save these people at any cost. He keeps running until he is close enough to explode it and pulls the pin, but he doesn't realize he is too. He had thrown the grenade but couldn't get away fast enough, and *BOOM* again, another loud sound. Had it been the grenades? The LAV rounds? What was that sound? As more dust and smoke had cleared, all that could be seen were shards of the LAV everywhere. 'Casino' had done it. He destroyed the LAV. However, at what cost? He did not have enough time to run away, causing him to lose both of his arms and suffer other severe damage.
The evacuation copter had arrived, taking all those left to the closest site for medical treatment. As they arrived at the site, it was not looking suitable for 'Casino' he had significant blood loss due to his missing arms, multiple broken bones, and much more. He had to undergo almost seven surgeries, taking more than eighteen hours total. They had given 'Casino' prosthetics and had him forced to stay for at least three weeks to ensure his health was good. Though even with 'Casino' thinking this was the worst that could happen to him, bad news struck. He had been asked to resign from the regiment as the prosthetics would not keep him in enough shape to protect these designated V.I.P members.
However, throughout extensive physical therapy, mental therapy, and much more that took up to four months, he had been requested to meet the same V.I.P. that he had protected for a meeting, which had him nervous, although upon arriving, he was greeted with fantastic news. He received the medal of honor for saving many lives that day and was offered a position as an assistant under this V.I.P. where he currently resides. Although he has never had the best luck, 'Casino' always finds a way to persevere and prove others wrong, even in the face of death.
