- I am applying for the 05 role O5-5 under the name "The Cat-Fish" or "The Seer"
What makes you the best candidate for the O5 Council?:
- I believe what makes the best candidate for The O5 Council is my Ability to roleplay and stay consistent with it at all times and maintain a level of seriousness to make sure its played out well and includes everyone. I believe i am good at upholding the rules and making sure that they are not broken and being abused against anyone to prevent bullying or exclusion of people. I have experience with being CL 4 personnel and the level of responsibility it gives as an Executive Researcher, I try to consistently mentor and make sure that research personnel are maintaining a professional atmosphere when testing and writing documents, but also preventing them from being consistently harassed and abused by actively taking a stand and dealing with the situations created, Also to add if elected to join the O5 Council, I would like to help oversee the Research division or help whoever does already oversee it. I have also been involved with multiple CL5 dealings and have been trusted to conduct CL5 tests with Both Overseer and Ethics Commitee permisson and involvement. I keep a high level of activity aswell, putting well over 100 hours every 2 weeks (my life is empty)
What are the responsibilities of the O5 Council in RP?:
- The responsibilities of the O5 Council in RP are to maintain the facility as they are the ones with full control over the entire foundation and its subsequent facilities. They are to keep a high level of secrecy due the knowledge they posesss and can obtain since they have ultimited acsess to all information and dealings within the facility. They normally dont intervene in day to day operations, but keep an eye on all keter class scps and thuamiel anomalies. They are also structured with the task of dealing with any high level risk situations as a figurehead to give out orders on how it should be dealt with (never to actually fight scps head on).
What are the responsibilities of the O5 Council out of RP (e.g. what applications do they handle?):
- Out of Rp, The applications they oversee are the following: Other Overseer's, Overseer assistants, Director of Interal affairs and Director of Intelligence, Site director, Site Admin, And chief of security.
Please give some lore about your O5 character and what storylines they would be involved in:
- Joseph CatFIsh was originally taken into the foundation as a child when his parent's and hometown were all murdered and destroyed by an unknown anomaly that blazed through it, he was afflicted with a disease that ultimately left him in a fugue state that rendered him half alive and half dead indefinetly until a cure is found. Upon the foundations arrival in the town, Joseph CatFish was found by Overseer [Redacted] and taken into the facility as a test subject, after weeks of testing the boy was taken in and made to live within the facility. Fully raised and now an adult in the facility, his current ranking stands as Exec. Researcher under the Codename "CatFish" With his goal of finding the anomaly that infected him and finding a cure. As of now he is seeking to become an Overseer So he can lead the people who saved and raised him and keep them under a protective and watchful eye, aswell as both lead next to the Overseer who saved him and Eventually work to find the Anomalous entity who plauged him so and contain him forever inside the facility.
