| Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: | Currently at the time being I believe I've only received a Handful and the only one I am aware of is 1 for RDM that being when around when I first joined (if I recall correctly) but besides that I have no other warnings, bans, or kicks to my knowledge. |
It is not only for attempting to just "Achieve a dream.". I've always felt some type of great interest in the Ethics Committee, similar to how I feel about the Research Department. I've studied it with quite a good amount of time when I'm not focusing on SCP's. This would also allow me to get a better understanding on Ethics on what I don't have already.
I like to have all test's run under peak performance to assist all departments and not just research, I'd say I have quite well dedication, experience, communication and rather helpful and considerate. While there's a chance that I could be declined. That will not stop me from attempting to be the best I possible can for the foundation. I'll attempt to use my problem solving and knowledge to assist in whatever I can assist in. Not to mention, I have great knowledge of the Code Of Ethics , making sure to follow it at all times during test's and pretty much an situation.
While I may not be apart of IA, I did learn quite a lot from the currently known Ambassador Weather. Also making sure to look over the Legal Codex, CoE, and Code of Conduct. I'd like to spread my experience to also begin working in the Ethics Department to ensure things run properly, but also to teach others not only Ethics but things of the foundation in general. Not to mention I can also help with Ethics in total, being able to help them make decisions of approving researcher's test's, this being because of my experience of Research, I'd be able to help them make decisions of test's, I'd also be active in both departments to alert if any change happens.

Well, the main part of being a Ethics Committee Assistant is to well, assist. However that'd be too simple, so allow me to go into more detail.

| Ethics assistants are supposed to work right under Ethics wing, like a right hand man if you want to put it that way. Mainly to do work given by Ethics, whenever it's desk work, approving a test, or delivering a message. Their main goal is to make Ethics life easier to make the foundation run smoother. | If a member of the Ethics Committee is not on site, it is the Assistants duty to make sure everything runs smoothly, Assuring Code Of Ethic's, Code of Conduct, and the Legal Codex are all taken into account, while the foundation is still in working order. | Last but not least, safety of the Ethics Members must always be assured, Assistants must sometimes alert O-1 to guard the Ethics Committee members, due to people always having some type of hit list on them. |

"Cat" an Executive Researcher in Site-56, Is a person who had joined the foundation with the overwhelming urge to push research to it's maximum potential, while he says this he does not express it. His reasoning behind it was questioned whenever brought to interrogation once before. quoted from question 4. "My urge for research is the same as my previous urge for chemistry... I just hope it doesn't lead to more deaths on my hands..." This documentation will below this chapter, He has started a shop known as "Motivated Dealership" it being used to gain money to begin his chemistry business.
This was around when he was !9. It is unknown how he gained the money or permit for this business. Afterwards he had gained enough money and found a "Partner", Robin Nero.
Born in the Mexican side of things, had came over to the US with his family where he found "Cat" having a similar interest in chemistry. Soon after they began this chemistry work, they made some few simple elements, however after cooking for a while. "Cat" had added a element creating a deadly gas that spreads quickly and kills quickly. Robin Nero was killed by this gas but "Cat" survived. It is unknown how he survived but the virus was eventually killed off by itself, being deadly but with without a host it decomposes quickly, noted by "Cat".

However the media began to catch up, discovering who owned the building but is unsure what happened in it. They found glass though couldn't find anything leading to chemistry work.
After being in hiding "Cat" was homeless, however the Foundation had seemed interested in what "Cat" had made, so they had tracked down "Cat" taking several days until finally locating him. They began questioning him asking him all types of questions, eventually attempting to recruit him as a chemist for the foundation. He had declined this hating the type of work that he had done after killing "Robin Nero". To This day he never specified what relationship he had with Nero. The Foundation workers suggested him joining the research department at least, them noticing his passion wondering they could use more people like him on the team. So him not wanting to be stuck in the rain for another 3 days, he accepted this offer.

"Cat" had been in the research department for quite some time now, having a very large amount of experience under his belt, although he had noticed many things that he enjoyed in the passion of Ethics, along with IA. Him being less of, in his words. "Heavy Weapon Guy" he decided to attempt to speak to Ethics about many things, wondering if there could be any idea if he could assist them in some way, him asking this due to the fact he had a very large interest similar to the way he had research, wondering if he could handle both departments some how. Speaking to Ethics about this. After having a good chat with them he was told about the "Ethics Assistant".
