Why are you applying for Medical Consultant?
-I'd like to participate in projects in a more official capacity. I would like to be able to help site staff more efficiently, especially our CL4 staff. I have really enjoyed working on a medical project involving 409 autopsies and organ retrevial, as well as other surgical procedures. I've loved the community in medical department a ton and I want to contribute and be more involved.
What makes you suitable for Medical Consultant?
-I am very capable of teaching and guiding new members of medical through the basics. I really enjoy the RP aspect of medical and I help people in any capacity I can, including doing psych evals on officers with obessions for flashbangs. I bring a good balance of serious RP while still having fun with my peers. I am capable of all of the medical procedures and look forward to interacting with patients.
Please explain an in-game medical procedure of your choice:
-Psychological Evaluation Explanation:
Depending on how the patient comes in, whether they are brought in by someone else or of their own volition I generally assess the condition they are in to determine my approach.
Generally, I will take the patient to the office in the back of medbay and have them sit. I will always make sure they're comfortable before beginning.
I establish a safeword off-the-bat to ensure that the patient has to option to stop or refuse to answer any of my questions as well as have ask them to remember a memory word.
I begin by asking for the patient's information. While asking questions about the patients mental state, I always let them speak their mind before asking further questions. I assess how they respond and feel about the subjects they are being asked about while notating their responses. If they start to seem upset or become violent, I try to deescalate and call a combative to assist if necessary.
At the end of the evalutation I will ask them to recall the memory word to make sure their memory is intact. I finish by writing my conclusion on the patient's psychological state and if I feel that it is necessary I administer medications appropriately such as diazapam for anxiety.

Charlotte Riis grew up in a small town with a quiet life. She started out in the medical field because she knew that's what would make her parents proud. She never expected to go far, but eventually grew to love being a medical professional and helping people. She started working at the clinic in her hometown after a few years away, doing simple things like annual check-ups and curing the common cold. After a few months of settling back into her hometown, people slowly began to go missing, including her father. Determined to find out where her father and the other members of her community had gone, she stumbled upon ████████. After interacting with this ████████, a field operative from the Foundation found her. ████████████████████████████████ injuring the field operative severely, and Charlotte stopped the bleeding, saving the operative's life. Foundation personnel arrived in time to contain ████████ before it caused any more harm. Thankful for Charlotte's medical care even in the face of ████████, the operative offered Charlotte a place in the Foundation so she could prevent further tragedies from befalling innocents. Charlotte never truly found out what happened to her father, but she can only assume ████████ was involved.
