Chest Rockwell grew up in Vancouver Canada. As a child, he dreamed of being a chef at a Michelin star restaurant. Chest Rockwell graduated from one of Canada's top culinary schools with really good grades. After graduating Chest found an opening as a chef at an underground military facility. Chest saw the forty-dollar-an-hour wage that was offered and uprooted his life to work at the facility known as Site-65.
Chest Rockwell was not a popular name around the site due to his antics and the lack of quality in his cooking, the only time his name was mentioned was to complain about his food or in an arrest report made by IA. Chest was on the verge of being fired until one day the site was facing a major containment failure. With all combatives including General Security fighting the SCP’s D-Block was left completely unmanned inspiring the D-Class to plan an escape. A group of three armed D-Class snuck through the ventilation system with the plan to raid the D-Block kitchen to stock up on keycards from the seemingly defenseless chefs. However, this plan was thwarted when Chest fought off the D-Class with just his kitchen knife while another chef was able to call for help. This impressive feat of self-defense was enough for one of the General Security Captains to offer Chest a job as a Cadet.
This Captain saw Chest's potential and took him under his wing. This brought Chest new inspiration and he got his act together and started working up the ranks of GenSec. Within a week of becoming a Guard, he had already earned another promotion to Officer. He remained an Officer for multiple months until he knew he was ready to become a Sergeant.

- I am applying for the position of captain because I enjoy the department and want to further my role and responsibilities within the department. Another reason I’m applying is due to the lack of GSD leadership during the later hours of the night. This lack of leadership greatly diminishes the department's productivity, with no one available to mentor the inexperienced players, properly deal with the minges, or host tryouts.
What makes you suitable for Security Captain?:
- I am a suitable Captain because I have a lot of experience on the server with a majority of my time being spent in GSD. I have a good understanding of the intricacies and procedures of the department and I am quite capable of managing D-Block and keeping GSD members in line. I have served as a Sergeant for more than a month now, and I am certain that I have demonstrated my ability to lead GSD and maintain order in D-Block.
What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?:

- Supervising D-Block ensuring the proper protocols and procedures are being followed and D-Class are being provided for testing.
- Handling riots and performing sweeps.
- Hosting tryouts and trainings.
- Being a mentor to inexperienced members of GSD.
- Protecting D-Block from GOIS and SCPS
- Punishing members of GSD who don’t follow protocols.
