Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?
When I initially joined the server, from the very beginning, I was interested in nothing else but being apart of Internal Affairs at the time. As soon as I obtained the minimum levels required to take the test, I went right at it, and of course hopped right into the position first time. There were some comments against me as to how I had little experience with the rest of the various departments which didn't exactly sit right. I did enjoy my initial time within the department, but I thought that it'd be a shame to not experience what else the server had to offer, and that the sideways comments were somewhat right. So, I explored around just to prove I could. I joined Nu7 and tried it out for a short while, but I didn't really care for how they interacted with the site- nor was I too appreciative how it was almost solely PVP focused. I then joined E-11, tried them out for a little while... I understood the impact they could have on the site, but realized it yet again wasn't for me. Spent some time properly workin up the ranks in GSD, felt the same way. Hell, I even tried out CI, and that was definitely not for me. Ultimately, it was clear as hell that the only route for me would be within the Internal Affairs department, and whatever it would end up turning into in the future. At the time, I also had hoped one day I'd be in the front of the charge of the various IA (Now ISD) antics that would be had within the server. Right as I was in line to possibly be recommended for an Ambassador position within Internal Affairs, I had to take a minor hiatus- which led to me coming back to a COMPLETELY REVAMPED department. Honestly the best news I could've received. Now, I hope to be apart of the upper-ranks of the department, aiming for the sky, and ensuring that we remain the best damn department in the facility.

What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?
Not only my intense passion for the department to succeed, but my non-linear experiences within the server. The aforementioned attempts and experiences within the various other departments have given me plenty of know-how within the various departments, and how they should operate (In accordance with the site Code of Conduct/Ethics, of course). I never treat the role as a "job" that "has to be done," but rather something that I genuinely WANT to do. Plus, I understand that there can be plenty of fun regarding interactions with the Internal Security Department, beyond the usual little interactions with Cadets and Techies going out of their bounds; There's plenty more to do within the department, tons of fun activities and whatnot that you can get involved with. I've been known to sit in on plenty of new-trainee indoctrinations and tests just to ensure I have plenty of a refresher on any possible new rules and regulations that I might've missed, or just to get an overall refresher to make sure that I'm up to standard all of the way. Hell, even right now I have all forms of regulations and guidelines pulled up so it's always within reach- not that I really need them at this point.

What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?
I like to view it as the first proper leadership role within the Internal Security Department, whereas Investigator is sortof a role like this, but with training wheels. Available for plenty of accurate guidance for the junior personnel within the Department, full-on Subject Matter Experts. While still being a role that is plenty much so a boots-on-the-ground individual, there is also the responsibility held over the individuals lower in rank than you, meaning that you're fully responsible for their actions. Which means the guidance you provide them is not only the key to their future, your own future, but the future of the entire Department as a whole.

How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?
At this point... Plenty. I've been known to help record-keep for the department director during any of his interviews, submitting them directly to him for record-keeping purposes, and any possible investigations taking place, as well as a handful of arrest reports for noteworthy arrests made. Beyond ISD, I've written PLENTY of Research documents for tons of tests and resource acquisitions of various SCPs, along with tests including D-Class Personnel. If I had to give my own personal view on what makes these types of documents 'good quality,' it'd be as follows:
Following the proper format
Maintaining professionalism
Proper grammar
Noticeable effort (no copy-pasting, original content with plenty of meaningful substance)
A purpose

What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?
This is the first role in which you are able to lead your very own proper Investigation, one of the most important functions of the department. Not only this, you are also now the individual who Junior ISD Personnel will seek out for guidance and instruction, including the authorization of various actions. Surface access, catwalk access, taking reports from other ISD Personnel regarding members within the Department acting out of turn, more advanced authorization of disguises, take reports of CL4+ personnel acting out, stationing personnel at certain points during certain codes..., the works. This is really the first role within the department where you get a taste of having almost all of the responsibilities.

Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security
To double down on this: I am absolutely and fully dedicated to my position (and hopefully future positions) within the Internal Security Department. It's sortof where my passion within the server falls. Sometimes throughout my day, even at work, I stop and just think of ways that could possibly improve the department. Whether this be certain investigations, new rules, modifications of said rules, or even how I could work better as an Agent, Investigator, Inspector, or any role within the department. On top of this, I see it as CRUCIAL to give a proper attempt at making duties within the department to be fun and fulfilling, as well as any interactions with ISD as an individual within another department to be fun, to a degree. There really is no other role I'd rather play as within the server than that of within this department.

Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in
In regards to his past, there seems to be nothing known about Chris' past within the site. History lost, a past unknown to even the man himself. While some may see this as dreary and bleak, all thoughts or understanding of even his own past prior to stepping foot on Site-65 aren't had. To Chris, this doesn't matter in the slightest. Family, friends, any interactions or experiences, the lack of memory of these events holding no weight over him. It's generally understood that all knowledge of his past has been stripped from his mind, but it's a mutual understanding. His purpose is to serve the will of the "Sentinel," a mysterious individual of unknown drive within Site-65, as has always been understood by Chris. He serves as the 'Right Hand' of the Sentinel, fulfilling all duties and requirements put before him via his word- no matter how questionable or morally sound it would be. His services are that of a Scribe, an Assassin, an Informant, and in some instances, a fall-guy. If his life were to end, he would die a happy man if it were in service of the Sentinel.

The reasoning behind his sedation and mind-wipe are unknown to him, the occasional flicker of painfully tight binds and flashing lights being the only "memories" of his birth within the site. Beyond this point however, it was crystal clear, his more recent memories worn within his mind like itchy scars. Pain, loss, suffering, and everything in between, unending acts of horror used against this man with the sole purpose of turning him into nothing more than a machine to enact the same torment brought upon him, among other the other "Colors" within the department. 'White,' and a noteworthy companion known as 'Red,' each going through their own unique trials of conditioning at this time. The pain of being shot, the malaise of being poisoned, stabbings, slashes, burning, drowning and resuscitation, the agent known as 'White' is no stranger to. All of this done to give this machine the first-hand experience needed to perform various acts of "Advanced Interrogation."

Since day one of his arrival on Site-65, his loyalty to the Sentinel has seemingly gone without question or concern, even when they are off-site. Fulfilling his usual duties as normal, it would be seen that Chris is like any other go-getter within the Internal Security Department. Generally cheery, happy to serve, while still professional to his core. When the Sentinel arrives on site however, it's safe to assume that he is serving the immediate will of this individual. Whether attached to their hip, or off on some escapade, the purpose is ultimately to fulfill some unknown task at the whim of the individual above him. To this day his service is unending, and the goals of the Sentinel remain unknown... to most.
