Why are you applying for Site Advisor?

Becoming a member of REGCOM within E11 I have, of course, taken on a more administrative role within the regiment and both of my commanders going on LOA gave me the chance to run the regiment. The rest of REGCOM was new to their positions, so I took lead. I want to experience a wider range of RP and administrative tasks.

-

What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
Experience, first and foremost-
For the six months I have been on the server, 4 of those months have been within E11. For those 4 months, 2 of them I have spent as a officer in E11, and I rose through the rank like no one has ever seen. I only spent a week at each officer rank and I know that some people weren't happy how fast I flew up the ranks, but I have proven time and time again why I was promoted so fast. I have done every job you can do as a officer within E11. I have done document work, I have done relations work, and I am the commander of the FR sub-regiment.

Loyalty-
Joining E11 was hard to join. Not in the sense of the tryout was hard or the requirements was hard. It was more so that E11 was in a position of so called "purgatory". The CO and the Ltcom at the time were inactive and didn't really seem to care about the regiment. Even the NCOs at the time were inactive and their was barely any NCOs, but I stuck through it and rose through the ranks. I made a promise I would try and bring E11 back to its former glory as Nine Tailed Fox and now E-11 has active COs and active commanders. I am willing to stick it out through the thick and thin, no matter what.

Communication-
When I joined E11, I saw this always happening. The communication between COs, NCOs, and Enlisted, to put it frankly, was abysmal. Trying to get into contact with a CO was basically like trying to talk to someone between the distance of the Grand Canyon and now I feel like I have molded and shaped the communication of E-11 into a better place.

Activity

My activity has taken a hit lately, since my pc broke. I was burning out. I used to average 5 days v-time and now its around 2 days. At my highest I was around 7days but I'm recharged and ready to jump back into the server.

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:

Site Administration is there to make sure that the DPT heads and the leaders of regiments are carrying out their tasks. When a problem arises they're more than likely the ones to fix it, if it isn't fixed internally. They observe all of the departments and regiments, especially the ones they are appointed to, and after their term with that regiment or department; they write a in depth report about that departments or regiments performance. They also largely help the CL4 personal within that regiment or department with anything they may need. Site Administration are also one of the few select groups of people that handle GOC relations with help from DEA. They also have hand in authorize an assortment of things such as D class work permits, AA, passive breaches, and Cross tests.

Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:

loading recording.....

*the loud siren can be heard dyeing down as i'm siting in the med bay from the latest breach*

"Damn my chest is hurting like hell"
*I say as I peel back the bandages to show a large chunk of flesh missing*
"Damn 939s"
*I say under my breath*
*As I put my bandage back into place, I notice two NU-7 operatives walking up to me*
"Chub D. teach, you are needed up at site Administration offices "
*sigh*
"Alright lets go"
*As i'm walking to site admin offices, hundreds of thoughts are running through my head. Did ethics find out about d class getting fed to 682? No no, I would already be arrested for that*
*As we get to large pair of double doors I hear over the PA system*
"Let him in"
*As the two NU-7 walk off towards surface, I swipe my keycard and soft voice says access granted*
*As i walk in, I take off my beret*
"Sir, you wanted me?"
*I say standing at parade rest*
"Well well, major chub D teach, you have a long line of combative history, right?"

"Yes, my father, he fought for the foundation. Now I do as well"
"I knew your father very well, he would be proud of you. However, I feel like you're more viable then just as another officer in E-11 "

*He says, as he picks up a file with my name on it*

-History-

Chub was just your normal 18 year old kid, no plans to go to college and just to work at his uncles cabbage truck company. Then his cousin gave him a name of a warehouse and address, he said these guys pay top dollar just to be security at some dumb facility and guard some big boxes were they keep animals that they test drugs on. Upon Chub's first day, he was fitted with a helmet, an mp7, and he was given his CL2 keycard. He was told to not let anyone into this chamber, without a cl3 or higher, and then suddenly alarms and sirens started to go off. From the pa system, it said "code 5". There was nothing in Chub's manual about a "code 5". As he's looking around for someone to tell him what to do, a hellish dog-looking-thing burst through the door. Chub will later find out those were 939 instances, he starts shooting these 939 instances with just look, they look like hell-hounds to him. He started dumping magazine after magazine into them, and then as a 939 instance slumped at his feet he passed out from fear. Chub awakens in a hospital bed, with no windows, as two people in heavy duty gear are at the foot of his bed. One says, you're now a part of MTF Epsilon 11 "nine tailed fox". After being select for MTF, MTF Epsilon 11 operative chub would work his way through the trial period, and then finally becoming a full member of MTF Epsilon 11 of site 65. He would start quickly to work his way up the ranks, becoming a commissioned officer, mentoring newer operatives, earning accolades, updating procedures, and working is way up to a standing MTF E-11 Major
