Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
I hereby formally request a transfer to Site Administration. I am seeking this transfer for several reasons.
First and foremost, I want to help improve the roleplaying experience across all departments by making it more engaging and memorable. Second, I am excited to take on the responsibilities and privileges that come with becoming a Site Administrator, as it would allow me to further advance my career. Thirdly, I genuinely enjoy approving experiments and assisting with research.
I’ve also noticed that many Senior and Executive Researchers, like myself, operate in unusual time zones. In several cases, tests that were ready to begin were delayed because no Site Administrator was available to approve them. By being accessible during off-peak hours, I believe I can help address this gap and ensure smoother operations.
Finally, through my interactions and collaborations with Site Administrators, I have gained valuable insights into their responsibilities and expectations. This experience has only strengthened my interest in pursuing a role within Site Administration.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
I believe I am well suited for the role of Site Administrator because of my extensive experience as both an RP leader and a regiment commander. I have actively contributed to writing and rewriting documents, creating policies
Through out my tenure as E-11 Commander I dedicated significant time to creating storylines and events, as well as re-establishing relations with other departments and regiments that were previously strained. My efforts focused on restoring the reputation of E-11 through consistent communication with GMs and department heads, strategic event planning, and advocating for improvements within the regiment. in recent time i have stepped down from Commander but that hasn't stopped me from creating RP and trying to help around the site
Additionally, I have thoroughly reviewed numerous documents, identified weaknesses, and worked to correct them. I am highly motivated to take on a higher administrative role in order to further contribute to the creation of engaging and immersive RP experiences across the site.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
Ensuring adherence to the FLC, CoE, and CoC,
Both leading and assisting in RP across the Foundation,
Assisting department leaders with leading their departments,
Authorizing sweeps of D-Block,
Approving D Class work permits,
Authorizing AA when necessary,
Assisting with GOI relations ( site manager+),
Watching over your assigned department,
Assisting with policy change in departments and assisting with the whitelisting of documents,
Authorizing passive breaches,
Both leading and assisting in RP across the Foundation,
Leading and attending meetings,
Dole out punishment to department heads when needed,
Allowing GOIs for assistance with breaches

*As I put my bandage back into place, I notice two Nu-7 operatives walking up to me*
"Chub D. Teach, you are needed at the Site Administration offices."

*As I'm walking to the site admin offices, hundreds of thoughts are running through my head. Did ethics find out about d class getting fed to 682? No, no, I would already be arrested for that*
*or maybe for the firing line I ordered on that combat medic, no, the committee would have me fed to 682 for that*
*As we get to a large pair of double doors, as I'm mid thought, I hear a voice over the PA system*
"Let him in."
*As the two NU-7 walk off towards the surface, I swipe my keycard, and a soft voice says Access granted*
*As I walk in, I take off my beret*
"Sir, you wanted me?"
*I say, standing at parade rest*
"Well well, Commander Chub D Teach, you're Chubsworth's brother
"Yes sir, he is my brother."
*he swivels around in his chair to some filing cabinets*
"And I almost forgot congrats on your promotion to commander."
"Thank you, sir."
"Speaking about promotions, we at SA feel like you would be more suited to a more administrative role for the foundation."
