Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? And why?:2x bans ERP, 1x ERP warning, 1x ltarp ban. All ERP related warnings and bans were from last year or more and Ltarp was almost four months ago.
Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
I am formally asking to transfer from being the Epsilon-11 commander to Site Administration. I have asked for this transfer for a few reasons. First I want to help departments make their RP experience better and more memorable. Second I want to change up in my career and gain the privilege of becoming a site administrator. Finally, I genuinely enjoy authorizing tests and supporting research efforts.. I have seen that many Senior and Executive Researchers work in uncommon time zones just like I do. There have been several cases where a test is all set to start but it gets held up because a Site admin isn't available to give the go-ahead. I think I can help reduce these delays by being available during the quieter hours and making sure the research goes smoothly.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
I have substantial experience in both leadership and administrative roles across site. Currently as many as you know i hold the rank of Commander in E-11, and as I've spend my tenure in E-11 getting E-11 back to its formal glory as I've spent over months reshaping and reforming E-11 for example doing passive breaches whenever E11 is board or research and medical wants to do some RP and being in constant contact with event team trying to get E11 more buffs or change and what not ive also redon many documents or scowerd through documents pointing out flaws. I am eager to work in a higher up administrative position to be able to create more RP and healing all of the burned relationships E-11 has had with other departments and regiments.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
- Ensuring adherence to the FLC, CoE, and CoC
- Both leading and assisting in RP across the Foundation
- Assisting department leaders with leading their departments
- Authorizing sweeps of D-Block
- Approving D Class work permits
- Authorizing AA when necessary
- Assisting with GOI relations ( site manager+)
- Watching over your assigned department
- Assisting with policy change in departments and assisting with the whitelisting of documents
- Authorizing passive breaches
- Both leading and assisting in RP across the Foundation
- Leading and attending meetings
- Dole out punishment to department heads when needed
- Allowing GOIs for assistance with breaches

Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:

*The loud siren can be heard dying down as I'm sitting in the med bay from the latest breach*

"Damn, my chest is hurting like hell."
*I say as I peel back the bandages to show a large chunk of flesh missing*
"Damn 939s"
*I say under my breath*
*As I put my bandage back into place, I notice two NU-7 operatives walking up to me*

"Chub D., teach, you are needed at the site Administration offices."
*sigh*
"Alright, let's go."
*As I'm walking to the site admin offices, hundreds of thoughts are running through my head. Did ethics find out about d class getting fed to 682? No, no, I would already be arrested for that*
*or maybe for the firing line I ordered on that combat medic, no, the committee would have me fed to 682 for that*

*As we get to a large pair of double doors, and as I'm mid thought, I hear a voice over the PA system*
"Let him in."
*As the two NU-7 walk off towards the surface, I swipe my keycard, and a soft voice says Access granted*
*As I walk in, I take off my beret*

"Sir, you wanted me?"
*I say, standing at parade rest*
"Well, well, Commander Chub D teach, your chubsworth brother

"Yes, sir he is my brother."

*he swivels around in his chair to some filing cabinets*

"And I almost forgot congrats on your promotion to commander."
"Thank you, sir."
"Speaking about promotions, we at SA feel like you would be more suited to a more administrative role for the foundation."

*He says, as he picks up a file with my name on it*

Name: Chub D teach

Codename: 'Dclan'

Age: 25

Date of Birth: 03/21/19██

Weight: 170 lb

Chub grew up in a dusty outback town with his brothers, Chubsworth and Chuba. The town barely held itself together, kept alive by truckers passing through and the cattle ranches that stretched out in every direction. on most days chub would be messing around outside with his brothers and the neighborhood kids playing army games with sticks and rocks but most of all they loved walking by the fence as far as an eye can see just talking and walking but that faithful day as his dad was hanged at the gallows. After that day, Chubsworth was a lot quieter than usual and was always in his books about, but that didn't bother Chub that much; he would just push it down.

[6 years later]
On Chubs 18 eighteenth birthday, he had no plans to go to college and just to work at his uncle's cabbage truck company. Then his cousin gave him the name of a warehouse and the address. He said these guys pay top dollar just to be security at some dumb facility and guard some big boxes where they keep animals that they test drugs on. Upon Chub's first day, he was fitted with a helmet, an MP7, and he was given his CL2 keycard. He was told not to let anyone into this chamber without a cl3 or higher, and then suddenly alarms and sirens started to go off. From the PA system, it said "code 5". There was nothing in Chub's manual about a "code 5". As he's looking around for someone to tell him what to do, a hellish dog-looking thing bursts through the door. Chub will later find out those were 939 instances; just look, they looked like hell-hounds to him. He started dumping magazine after magazine into them, and then, as a 939 instance, slumped at his feet, he passed out from fear. Chub awakens in a hospital bed, with no windows, as two people in heavy duty gear are at the foot of his bed. One says, You're now a part of MTF Epsilon 11 "nine tailed fox". After being selected for MTF, MTF Epsilon 11 operative chub would work his way through the trial period, and then finally become a full member of MTF Epsilon 11 of site 65. He would quickly start to work his way up the ranks, becoming a commissioned officer, mentoring newer operatives, earning accolades, updating procedures, and working his way up to Epsilon-11 Commander

I’m writing this not just as a fellow member of E-11, but as someone who’s had the privilege of serving alongside Commander Chub for a meaningful stretch of time. And I say “privilege” with full sincerity because working with Chub has been one of the most formative experiences of my time in this regiment.

When I first joined E-11, I was eager, but unsure. The kind of operative who had the training but hadn’t yet been tested. Chub was already a fixture in the unit. His name came up in every briefing, every story, every lesson passed down from veteran to rookie. But what struck me wasn’t just his reputation it was how he lived up to it without ever trying to. He didn’t need to prove anything. He just showed up, did the work, and led by example.

I remember one of my first real field operations a containment breach that spiraled fast. Communications were scrambled, protocols were breaking down, and panic was starting to creep in. Chub stepped in, calm as ever. He didn’t raise his voice. He didn’t throw blame. He just started giving clear, steady instructions. And somehow, in the middle of all that chaos we pulled it together. That was the moment I realized: leadership isn’t about control it’s about trust. And Chub earned that trust, over and over again.

But it wasn’t just the big moments. It was the everyday ones. The way he checked in on the team after long shifts. The way he noticed when someone was struggling, even if they didn’t say anything. The way he made space for younger operatives to speak up, to learn, to grow. He didn’t just lead missions—he built people. And that’s something you can’t teach. That’s something you either have or you don’t. Chub had it in spades.

Now, as he prepares to transition to a new department, I find myself feeling a mix of pride and loss. Pride, because I know he’s going to bring that same strength, wisdom, and heart to wherever he goes next. Loss, because E-11 won’t be the same without him. He’s not just leaving a role he’s leaving a legacy. One built on integrity, resilience, and genuine care for the people around him.

To the team receiving him. you’re not just gaining a seasoned commander. You’re gaining someone who knows how to lead without ego, how to mentor without judgment, and how to inspire without needing recognition. You’re gaining someone who will make your unit stronger, not just through tactics and strategy but through the kind of quiet leadership that lasts.

Commander Chub, thank you—for everything. For the guidance, the example, the support, and the countless moments that made us better. You’ve left your mark here, and it won’t be forgotten.

Wishing you all the best in this next chapter. Go show them what real leadership looks like.

I’ve had the privilege of working alongside Chub fighting breaches while being on NU-7, and I can say without hesitation that he is exactly the kind of leader any site would be lucky to have. His dedication, discipline, and organizational skills are amazing, and I know that he would bring the same commitment and excellence to Site Administration.
