Incident report
------------
During his second week of internship at the foundation, Cj Smith was on his first 15 minute break of his workday and went to the nearest designated smoking area on site. After arriving, he appeared to notice that he had forgot his pack of cigarettes, and he turned to leave to go retrieve them. Before exiting the smoking area, he spotted a full pack of cigarettes sitting on one of the seats of the smoking area that was labeled " Dr. Wondertainment's extra long lasting king sized cigarettes". He retrieved the pack he found and extracted 1 cigarette and put it in his mouth and lit it. after 8 seconds Cj Smith attempted to take the cigarette out of his mouth but was unsuccessful. After a short period of visible distress and panic Cj Smith left the designated smoking area and ran back to medical department in search of assistance from a senior employee.
Since this incident, The cigarette has since been stuck in Cj Smith's mouth and is unable to be removed. The cigarette appears to be constantly lit, however it does not produce any corporeal second hand smoke that could affect his co workers, or patients.
The pack of "Dr. Wondertainment's extra long lasting king sized cigarettes" was in the possession of a senior researcher on site who was in the middle of submitting an SCP classification request on the item, before he misplaced it while on his own smoking break.
The details of this report have been corroborated by Cj Smith, eyewitness reports, and foundation security camera footage with audio recording features.
