Why are you applying for the Director of Medicine?
I have been a consultant for a long time now, and being a "medical main" gives you plenty of experience to develop the necessary skills to lead the department eventually. Being amongst the medical staff for so long, I have seen what works in the department and what has room for improvement . I am applying for this position because at this point in time I believe I have obtained all the necessary information and experience to play my part in being a helping lead and improving the department even more than it has in these past few months ( and there have been many, many improvements ) Id be honored to help with this passionate regiment.
What makes you suitable for Director of Medicine?:
Directing a department requires leadership skills only developed through time, effort and a willingness to learn. I have done my best to absorb as much as I can so that I can be in a trusted position to demonstrate those values. I believe Id be a good fit for my open-mindedness, willing to work well with others, and taking constructive-criticism to better myself. I also have demonstrated some of these quality's by working with the department to create the Sub-Regiment Gamma-1. During the lengthy process of helping create the regiment with the medical team, it made me explore new avenues, listening and surveying fellow staff for there thoughts and inputs and thinking out of the box to help create the most efficient sub-regiment we could make. After only a few days of the sub-regiment being created, I reached out and contracted with two other regiments to grow and help out our fellow staff. I bring this up to demonstrate I am always open to communications and working with others when there are disagreements or obstacles, I am happy to find a way to make everyone happy at the end of the day. I am no stranger to the hardships or hard work involved in the tasks and responsibilities given to me.
What are the responsibilities of the Director of Medicine in RP?:
The Director of Medicines is the face of the entire medical team and oversees all of it. They are entrusted Sr. CL4 members of the foundation that shape the medical department in every which way. They are professional, trusted, loyal and efficient in keeping there department on the right path. Some responsibilities include accepting new consultants, training consultants, attending Senior Cl4 meetings, assisting Med-bay overall, helping the medical team, working toward making positive changes to the department, and have final say on medical operations.
Please give some lore about your Director of Medicine character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Clay Evergreen came to the foundation to use his medical skills in something even more meaningful, and the foundation fixed that. DOM Clay Evergreen is an expert in communications and would use his abilities to create relationships with other regiments to help medical flourish even more. The fascination of medicine and SCPs would have him reach out and work with research to create enhanced medicines and find advanced cures for not only fellow staff but even SCPs. One of his overall goes to have the medical team work together to perform advanced surgery's, effective combat medics and new medical findings.
