Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?
-I am applying for Internal Security Inspector because I genuinely enjoy maintaining order and helping ensure the Foundation operates as it should. While many people focus on external threats, I believe some of the most important work happens behind the scenes through accountability, oversight, and professionalism. I want to take a more active role in protecting the integrity of the Foundation and helping Internal Security continue to be a department that personnel can trust and rely on.
What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
-I believe I am suitable for the position because I am patient, observant, and approachable. I understand that not every situation is black and white, and I prefer to gather facts before making judgments. I enjoy working with others and helping personnel improve rather than immediately resorting to punishment. At the same time, I understand when disciplinary action is necessary and am capable of making difficult decisions when the situation requires it. I believe an Inspector should balance professionalism with fairness, and I strive to do exactly that.
What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
-An ideal Internal Security Inspector is someone who can remain fair even when it is difficult. They should be able to separate personal opinions from professional responsibilities and treat everyone equally regardless of rank or friendships. They should be approachable enough that personnel feel comfortable speaking with them, but firm enough that regulations are respected. Most importantly, they should genuinely care about the department and the people they are responsible for leading.
How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
- Two so far in RSD, SCP-082 which was a excellent graded document. Also SCP-8837 which is currently awaiting grading
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
-An Internal Security Inspector is responsible for ensuring that Foundation personnel follow established policies and procedures. This includes investigating incidents, supervising Internal Security personnel, conducting inspections, handling misconduct reports, and maintaining departmental standards. Beyond those responsibilities, an Inspector should also act as a mentor and leader who helps develop the next generation of Internal Security personnel while promoting professionalism throughout the Foundation.
Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position in Internal Security: I would make a good addition to the talented staff at ISD by contributing my knowledgeable experience with Police RP server and using my extensive knowledge about the SCP Foundation and its very vast set of rules.
-I believe I would be a good leader because I understand that leadership is about service, not authority. The best leaders are the ones who are willing to support their team, listen to concerns, and lead by example. I am not interested in holding a position simply for the rank that comes with it. I want the opportunity to help others succeed, maintain departmental standards, and contribute positively to the Foundation's roleplay environment. I believe my patience, professionalism, and willingness to learn make me well-suited for a leadership role.
