What server are you applying for? (SCP-RP UK or SCP-RP USA): USA

Do you have a mic?: Yes!
List all whitelisted : MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held: MTF Nu7 Enlisted, CI enlisted, TRT Gensec Sub Div

Have you received any kicks/bans/warnings? And why?:
Since 2023, I've gotten only two warnings. Recently, one was for the RDM of a d-class while on d-class. And FRP, LTAP on civi. The LTAP was due to bad timing; I didn't realize I had a ticket open and would have stayed, knowing one was made for me.

The bans and warnings before 2026 I had were LTARP, and in my first few days on the server, I was warned for ERP. My best memory of it was me in D-block Testing line and saying something and getting pulled into an admin sit, I have no clue what I said. And for LTARP, my computer crashed while getting arrested by ISD

Why are you applying for an Internal Security Inspector? :
I’m applying for an inspector role for many different reasons, one of the biggest reasons is advancing my career, and to showcase my leadership skills. I believe I can cultivate a real demeanor of professionalism and integrity within ISD. Another major reason I am applying is that I believe I can set a positive example for both new and experienced members of the department. Before many of Garry's Mod's larger roleplay communities began to decline, I spent thousands of hours on MRP roleplaying as NCOs and COs doing paperwork, leading in-game operations, and hosting many hours of training and briefings. Those experiences have taught me that leadership is not about authority, but about earning respect, making fair decisions, and helping others improve.

The recent changes within ISD leadership have also made me optimistic about the department's future. Leaders are showing real interest in change, its image on the server, and its biggest improvement since I played in 2022-2023 is that they care about teaching the enlisted and making them well-informed. Building knowledgeable and professional personnel ultimately strengthens the department as a whole, and that is something I hope to continue doing if I am given the opportunity.

What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?
I believe what makes me suitable for the Inspector position is my ability to handle conflict in a calm and professional manner. It’s no stranger to any ISD agent that when you arrest someone, or even just a little refresher on the FLC, things can get heated quickly. I believe de-escalation is critical to remaining professional and having a positive experience while on ISD. Treating people with respect not only reflects well on ISD but also helps maintain a professional environment.

Over the last couple of weeks, I've spent a lot of my free time well versing myself in the FLC, COC, COE, and the ISD handbook. These last two weeks, I have begun to develop a better understanding of the expectations placed on an Inspector. In addition, I'm very active when it comes to being in (game) or around (Discord/Teamspeak) and can respond to DMs quickly. In addition to all of this is a friendly voice who deeply cares about the remaining Garry’s Mod communities.

What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
An ideal inspector to me is someone who is well mannered, well informed inspector. A well-mannered Inspector is someone who demonstrates neutrality, professionalism, and fairness when issuing punishments, regardless of a person's rank or status. They do not let OOC matters or past interactions cloud their judgment, nor do they allow outside "noise” or pressure to affect their decisions. An inspector should always focus on the facts surrounding a situation and make decisions based on the evidence available, not assumptions or emotions.

The second part of being an ideal Inspector is being well-informed. An Inspector should have a strong understanding of the FLC, COC, and the COE. while also making an effort to stay up to date with any changes made to each document. Along with keeping up with current versions of documents around the site. An ideal inspector would also take time to familiarize themselves with ongoing operations and utilize the discord operations channel. Inspectors should also be self-conscious of the effort they put in to train new agents. New agents uphold the integrity of ISD, so they should be trained with the same passion you hope to instill into them one day!

How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
Unfortunately, I have not gotten many opportunities to author a major document. However, I’ve written countless sampling/research documents along with arrest reports. To me, a well written document requires both knowledge and experience with the subject. A document should be informative and professional, using correct terms and factual notes to fully grasp the situation, along with names and places, as they help A LOT. ABOVE ALL! It should be believable, it should look and feel like a real research document, descriptive and very elaborate on the subject.

What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
Responsibilities of an ISD Inspector should be to role model a, professional, knowledgeable, and responsibility driven leader. An Inspector is also very responsible for overseeing and assisting newer agents. This includes answering questions and providing guidance. An ISD Inspector should be able to proofread documents and provide feedback and mentorship. They play a critical role in the functionality of ISD.
As I've stated before, an enlisted ISD agent upholds a very important image for us, all agents. They are often the first interaction foundation personnel have with ISD, meaning the way they conduct themselves can shape how the department is viewed as a whole. Leadership is one of the most important responsibilities of an ISD Inspector. I believe an Internal Security Inspector is responsible for protecting the integrity of the department.

Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
I believe I would make a great leader because I can lead by example, go the extra mile and provide the foundation this department needs. I understand that leadership is a responsibility, not a privilege. Holding a leadership position means setting the standard that others follow. whether that means remaining professional during difficult situations, making fair decisions, or taking the time to help someone understand.

My previous leadership experience, along with my knowledge, can provide a great resource to this department that i am willing to give. I enjoy helping others succeed and love to be a friendly face around the site, further upholding the image of ISD. If given the opportunity, I will do everything I can to continue strengthening the department and the people within it.

Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:

David Fisher started as a gensec guard almost 4 years ago, seeing the injustice and ethics being thrown out the window, he decided that one day he would make a difference in his daily work. David came from a family of just one brother and two parents. Dad passed away when he was young. Mom always made sure David was in line and looking sharp. David never knew the voice of his dad or the warmth of his touch, but it fueled him; it made him who he is today.

When he got the opportunity to join ISD, he never looked back. He was always outgoing, made you comfortable; that was his specialty. He lulled you into a sense of friendship not to manipulate you, but to encourage honest conversation and build trust. David remains a difficult man to truly understand. He keeps his own thoughts close, listens far more than he speaks, and prefers to let others reveal themselves before making his own judgments.
