A young individual who went by the name David was born in a small neighborhood in St. John's Canada, he witnessed the struggles faced by those less fortunate. Raised by a single mother who worked tirelessly to provide for their family resilience and determination from an early age despite the challenges that surrounded him David had a belief that he could make a difference in the world. When fate led him to the doorstep of the foundation David saw it as an opportunity to reach his goals and help contribute towards a greater purpose. Joining as a low-level security cadet he started his journey in the foundation.

As David dived deeper into his role within the Foundation his intelligence and dedication caught the attention of his superiors recognized his potential and soon transferred him to the Internal Affairs department where his attention to detail assisted him in looking into the shadows of the Foundation uncovering instances of misconduct and violations of policy. His efforts earned him a reputation as a formidable investigator, someone who could be counted on to uphold the principles of professionalism and accountability where he was soon promoted to an ambassador within the department.

As David continued in his role within Internal Affairs his leadership qualities and unwavering commitment did not go unnoticed his superiors recognized his performance when the position of Director of Internal Affairs became vacant David emerged as the best choice to fill the role with his track record of amazing performance and dedication to the foundation. I know World from Internal Affairs. He is really active and friendly. After seeing the amount of time he spent on making IA a better place for all the agents as DoIA, I believe he would be the perfect fit for Ethics Member.
