Not in a Community, but I have made Arma Reforger Operations before as a Reforger GM
Do you have any advanced skills that would benefit the GM team, such as PAC-3, dupes building, art creation and others? If yes, give us your best example of putting that skill into practice:
I am decent with PAC-3, but nothing stellar. I can't say that I have much noteworthy skills, other than being really good at delivering quality RP, but I am willing to put in and exercise as much effort as I can into learning new skills, such as Dupe Building, Art Creation, and honing my PAC-3 skills.
Please list one RP Enhancement for a Foundation Department/MTF:
An RP enhancement I think of is for Foundation Medical, where they are doing an Appendectomy (Removal of the Appendix) on an individual who has appendicitis, and I, as the GM, would make sure that the person is lying down on the operation table by placing an invisible pod, and making sure that there are props and entities in place that would be appropriate and consistent with a Surgical Room. I would also act as the Neutral Party which would have rolls to beat (I.E. Consultant Luke rolls a 73 to make an incision, I roll a 50. Luke makes the incision without much issue)

RP Enhancement/Minor Event is for the Rangers of Pinewood to have a Detective be transferred over to the region to investigate the various groups of interest that frequent Pinewood, and The Detective can train the Pinewood Rangers in the art of Investigative Techniques and Crime Scene Investigation.

A GOC Convoy delivering a KTE gets intercepted by an unknown thirdparty. Investigation reveals that a small splinter-cell of the Serpent's Hand is present in Pinewood, but it is unknown who or where they exactly are in the region. It will require investigative skill and collaboration with Pinewood's Finest to figure this one out!

During an Operation, a Chaos Insurgency TYPE-BLUE's powers fluctuates, and it causes vast unpredictability in the usage of his powers, from Materializing a weapon instead of Detaining/Headpopping someone, to causing a random explosion and destabilized reality in his vicinity. Investigation from CI would show that an entity is impacting their ability to reality bend.

"Suggestions Galore"
The appearance and/or Temporary Transfer of SCP-5496 from Site-43. SCP-5496 is a small box found affixed to various walls from all around the interior of Site-43 since its sudden appearance on February 12, 2022, with the words “Suggestion Box” prominently displayed across the front, and a smaller inscription written on its right side:
"Hello, Foundation staff! Here at Site-43, we strive to push boundaries and incorporate novel and non-traditional strategies in our perpetual mission of Securing, Containing, and Protecting anomalies from the world and the world from anomalies. However, there's always room for improvements, so we'd like to hear your ideas, fellow Foundationers! Just fill out a slip, drop it in, and your concerns shall be addressed as quickly as possible!"
Whenever these instructions are followed, a unique anomalous event will occur based on the contents of the submitted “suggestion.” The exact nature and effects of such incidents vary, but almost always involve "granting" the submitted requests; primarily in senses that honor the letter of the request in an overly literal, exact, or unusual manner, and while paying little to no consideration to the intended meaning itself. These requests vary in their ultimate utility to the triggering user, providing them with some overall benefit at least as often as any detriment.

"43's Blues"
A Massive Breach from the Briar-class Nexus that Site-43 overlooks makes it's way all across Canada, and SCP-6721, Under the guise of an Executive Researcher, makes their way over to Site - 65, alongside several other breached anomalous entities making their way towards the Pinewood Region.
The Chaos Insurgency learn of the breach through intercepted communications of a Splinter-Cell of the Insurgency near Site-43, and they attempt to intercept and capture 6721, with their secondary objectives being to capture and examine any other anomalous entities that make their way into the Pinewood region.
The United Nations Global Occult Coalition are notified via regional hume disturbances of the Pinewood Region that several Threat Entities are enroute to the Pinewood Region, and They are to respond to it with haste.
On the Foundation side of things, MTF Nu-7 and MTF Epsilon-11 are notified of the incoming anomalous entities, and they are to attempt to contain the Entities in Site - 65 Temporarily until Site-43 is able to transport them safely back to the Site. FCOM are notified of SCP-6721's arrival, but all others know them as an Executive Researcher Rozálie Astrauskas, due to SCP-6721 being CL5 Information. What Foundation Command do with them is up to their discretion.
Due to the ongoing threat, the UN notifies the Pinewood Mayor of some dangerous criminals attempting to pass through pinewood, and they issue a Shelter-in-place order, or an Evacuation Order, to the Mayor, due to the incoming danger. Of course, the Mayor may make the decision to listen to the UN or to disregard it, but there will be consequences
What elements can make an event unenjoyable? Include one example, avoiding the typical answers if possible.
The main things that I think make events unenjoyable are as follows:
- Inclusivity - Sometimes, for some events, it's good to have a CI or Foundation event only, but Including all aspects of the playerbase helps to make everyone feel involved and engaged with the roleplay.
- Repetition - Repetitive and Unoriginal events are another reason some players may make the choice to not engage with the event, and it can be very disheartening to see as a GM
- Lack of Engagement - From either the Playerbase or the GM Team, A lack of engagement in an event is a huge killer for it, and it can lead to the event being of lower quality than it should
- Minges/NITRPers - Players who are minges and have no intent to roleplay for the event can, on occasion, ruin an event, depending on how bad they are. Be it from the Minges of Lower-ranking Foundation, or those who don't take the roleplay seriously, these types of people can screw with an event in a bad way.
And finally, what do you wish to achieve by becoming a Gamemaster?
I wish to be more involved in the CN SCPRP Storyline, and I also want to be more involved in a Playerbase that I know would appreciate quality roleplay. I have been a part of CN for 5 Years, and I genuinely want to give back to CivilNetworks Community by doing these things because I've enjoyed playing for the past 5 years, and some of my best memories have been made on this server.
