Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: 1 Warning for FearRP. I was still quite new to the server, and was in 914 as a D-Class. MTF asked me to stop moving and I didn't so I was warned for FearRP.

What makes you suitable for SCP-096?: I believe I've spent enough time on the server to ascertain how 096 behaves. I've got a decent comprehension of the rules of the server and I'm mature and responsible enough to follow them to the best of my ability.

What is the usual behaviour of SCP-096 when pacified?: When pacified, 096 sits down and cries while avoiding eye contact. If left undisturbed he will wander aimlessly.

When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?: 096 will target all of those (including those in D-Block) who have seen his face and travel to them to kill them, he will also break doors and kill others who block his pathway to his targets. If left undisturbed afterwards he may wander, providing he doesn't break any doors.

How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process: Personnel are to retrieve scrambles and then attempt to place a bucket on 096's head so his face may not be seen by further personnel. Any personnel who had seen his face previously are to be eliminated by 096, after which he may be beamed while pacified. He is then to be restrained and returned to his Containment Chamber.
