Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
I am applying for Site Advisor because I believe It's time for me to advance in the foundation ranks, as I have spent enough time as a Department Director alongside my other roles that I have held, feeling ready to take a more crucial role inside the foundation. I wish to insert myself within other departments I have not been yet part of, such as ISD, Medical, Research, etc. and departments I have already been part of and have experience in, hoping to help out people and find out more about said departments. I'm also looking for more roleplay opportunities that I can only achieve as a higher ranking, as well as hoping to one day be promoted in the Site Administration hierarchy. Another reason I am applying for Site Administration is to gain experience and because I love to help people. During my time as a Director and Manager I have helped many people in need and have realized that this is what I am good at, and becoming a Site Advisor will allow me to do this further. The current Site Administration team has also motivated me to apply for this position as I get along very well with most of them, they all are competent, making me another solid candidate for this position. I am satisfied with the current state of DEA as it is and I have full faith it will remain in good hands with the Management Team it has. My appointment to Site Advisor will open a slot for DoEA which I think all of the Managers should try to go for as they are all very competent and I would like to give them the opportunity to climb the ranks of the foundation and change DEA for the better. If I do get accepted I will keep in contact with them, making sure the department runs smoothly.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
I believe I am suitable for Site Administration because I have a vast amount of experience, I have held many leadership roles and during my time on the server I have met many people that have taught me very important things.
1. Director/Manager of External Affairs - During my time as a Manager in the External Affairs Department I have played a crucial role in building the relations with the UNGOC and also maintained them for a good while, bringing our status from hostile all the way back to neutral. At the same time I have also created some sort of relations with the Chaos Insurgency, where I gave them Roleplay opportunities and made sure that we all had fun.
Once I became Director I knew I had to make some changes within DEA, and I am glad to say I have achieved them:
- I have put together one of the most competent Management Teams, with all members being implicated and helping us, directors, a lot.
- I have reworked many documents regarding DEA such as handbooks and guides, all to make sure DEA Agents know their duties and have a fun experience.
- I have cleared out the inactive people within DEA, lowering our numbers but leaving only the most active.
- Recruited many DEA that are now high ranks within the department.
- Many other small changes and reworks that can be seen to this day.
2. MTF Alpha-1 Lieutenant/RA-1 - During my time as RA-1 (Leader of the division) I made sure it ran smoothly, everyone was active and I constantly created orders for them that can be found to this day on SCIPNET. I have set up a trading contract with MTF Nu-7 that still is active to this day and of course, was very active. While I was over this division, we found the recipe to the most rare and expensive chemical, Class-X, alongside DEA BORTAC, and created the first ever doses that are still in the fridge today.
Besides my experience, I am also a very active player on the server averaging 6-7 days VTime each month, I get along with most of the players in this community, I love roleplaying and I tend to create high-quality roleplay where everyone has fun and lastly I am a professional individual that knows when to have fun and when to be serious.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
- Appointing department directors for all departments (Besides Research and ISD) and appointing MTF Commanders for Nu-7 and E-11.
- Reviewing and managing departments to keep up their performance.
- Keeping up relations with GOI's.
- Managing Site wide policies along with Site Command.
- Organizing tribunals.
- Authorizing Advanced Armory during breaches.
- Managing On-Site emergencies.
- Being the first point of contact to SA for the respective department you are overseeing.
