Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
I am applying to be a Site Advisor because the current foundation leadership had some problems as of late The lack of activity among department leadership has caused confusion, and I aim to bring stability to whichever department I am assigned to. After speaking to many personnel in the facility, I have found that the foundation as a whole has been struggling with a lack of unity among departments and major communication issues across departments. As a Site Advisor,I plan to improve these areas to whatever department I am placed over, as I am deeply invested in the success of the facilities success as a whole.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
I believe that I am suitable for Site Advisor because I have made it to where I am for a reason. I went from agent to ambassador to Dpt. Director for a reason. I have shown that I am capable of leading a branch to success and that I am capable of quality work. I know who to pick and where to place them for the success of branches.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
Site Administrators are responsible for supervising daily activities in departments, assisting foundation staff to enhance departmental operations, resolving departmental leadership matters, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the site.
Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Born in the small town of [Redacted] Doug was soon taken in as a test subject in an experiment Code named project “Super soldier ” This project was led by [Redacted] and [Redacted] who were known in the science community as the twin devils for the cruel experiments they would perform. The objective was to make the perfect soldier who was extremely strong as well as demonstrating strong leadership skills. At the Age of 10, he was transferred into a foster family with his memory being sealed away from the experiments. When he turned 18 he later enrolled in the US army where he was watched by [Redacted] and [Redacted] to see the results of their experiments. During his 20 years in the military, Doug had the opportunity to serve in a variety of roles and locations. As a rifleman, he was trained in the use of various weapons and tactics and was responsible for protecting his unit and carrying out the mission. As a squad leader, he was responsible for leading a small team of soldiers and making sure that they were trained and prepared for any situation. He also served as a training instructor, where he was responsible for teaching new recruits and helping them to develop the skills and knowledge they needed to succeed in the military. Doug's military career took him to various locations around the world, including deployments to [Redacted] and [Redacted]. He was able to see and experience different cultures and ways of life and learned to adapt to new and challenging environments. He was also able to work with people from different backgrounds and nationalities, and learned the value of teamwork and cooperation. One of the highlights of Doug's military career was the opportunity to attend the prestigious Ranger School, where he received intensive training in leadership, small unit tactics, and survival skills. This training helped him to become a more effective leader and better able to handle difficult situations. He also earned several awards and decorations for his service, including the Bronze Star and the Purple Heart, which recognized his bravery and sacrifice in the line of duty. After retirement, he was scouted by the [Redacted] to join the SCP foundation. He accepted the offer and joined the internal affairs department. Well as a member of the internal affairs department after undergoing routine tests, Doug's memories and unsealed, and his past of being experimented on returns to him. Well, he could report it he does not as he believes that if he does he will be terminated. In this role, Doug uses his military experience and skills to investigate and address issues related to the conduct of the organization's employees, ensuring that the Foundation operates in an ethical and professional manner. Despite the challenges he has faced throughout his career, Doug remains dedicated to his work.
